When did it become the norm in Chicago to cut complete pizzas into ???? slices rather than squares? Not to mention I added this in the very notes for them NOT TO DO THIS & they still cut my pizza into slices. Now this was a delivery order. I’ve done take out before and specifically told the lady taking the order up front and I still had the same outcome. I don’t understand what’s so hard about a restaurant accepting your money but NOT accepting how u want your food prepared. Ever since they’ve gotten their new staff this has been happening and as a repeat customer I’m far from happy. When ordering in person I told the lady in English and once I realized she didn’t speak fluent English I repeated these orders to her in Spanish. So they can’t say they didn’t comprehend what was being said.
Not the best tavern cut in the city but very good for the value. There are very few places you can feed 40 ppl with $150 of pizza and this place did the job and I had leftovers. I would do this anytime over the likes of dominos/papa John’s/Pizza Hut. You can feed the same number of ppl for half the price and double the quality. They also deliver.
I called and asked for their specials. The guy that answered was Jesús Martinez he gave read me all the specials. I got the XL Pepperoni it was fast, fresh and still hot when they delivered. Very kind gentleman. All the staff in there is really great. Definitely ordering from here again. 100% recommend.
This is a pick up only restaurant but has One of the best pizzas in the City. Originally located on Milwaukee in Logan Square, this New Congress Pizza has been moved but still provides one of the best pizzas. You will not be disappointed. A must try.
Pizza is Good but the one time I decide to order thru a third party app
U guys decide to sent me the most crispiest fries literally they were patio chips

Like literally yea 2.99 delivery fee is good
But when I call u guys u want 15$ delivery fee and I still have to tip the driver a 25$ meal turns into 50$ Jesus
WORST DRIVER EVER, HE FORGOT PART OF MY ORDER SAID HE WOULD RETURN WITH THE REST HE NEVER DID!!! THEN I CALL AND THIS MAN STATES HE CAME BACK AND MY HUSBAND TOLD HIM TO KEEP IT!!! MY HUSBAND APPARENTLY TOLD HIM TO KEEP WHAT WE PAID FOR……. I have cameras so this was just ridiculous because EVERYTHING LITERALLY EVERYTHING can be proven now. Will never order from here again! Manager was just as bad, well at least she said she was the manager.
Lets start off by saying I'm a 3 minute drive from this place. The manager is extremely rude, argumentative and dismissive. I received my medium pizza and it was cold. The box was super cold to the touch. They tried to argue saying the delivery driver had a pizza bag. But that's impossible with how cold it was. The manager argued saying it's because I had a medium pizza and that they were busy. It's very clear that they have no customer service skills and are unwilling to waver or take any responsibility for it. I was offered a $10 store credit for a $17 pizza. I will not be ordering from here again. Which honestly is a real shame.
I bought a large pizza from them to be delivered, by the time it arrived it was already cold and hard. I called them immediately. They promised me another pizza at a later date but when I tried to retrieve the pizza they had selective amnesia.
