Excellent food. Good service from walking in, to getting the order. The meal for two was great with the three dishes, rice and two large pancake rolls. Asked for no MSG and no extra salt (they were very accommodating on this) and got really tasty dishes. The chicken, ginger and spring onion is good without the extra MSG and salt, recommend. Reasonably priced menu for the food you get.
Fast service. Average prices. Good quantity. But didn't enjoy the food. Chips over cooked. Not the best flavours of the rest of the order. I know Chinese food is a personal preference. So others may love it. But not me or my wife. Infact we ended up throwing most of it away. Will not go back. But again like I said this is our opinion, we are not experts.
Ordered the sweet and sour chicken and the portion size was good, a lot of chicken and not too much vegetables. Unfortunately the chicken tasted odd, I cannot really describe it but it just had a funky aftertaste. Therefore I don't recommend it. Also the boiled rice tasted a bit stale. Sadly not the best experience...
Had a lovely Chinese takeaway. Full of flavour and plenty of meat. We had the chilli salt ribs, chilli salt lamb, szechuan mixed meat and fried rice. Never seen lamb on a chinese menu before and could resist. Amazing meal.

Order was taken quickly and professionally and was given 30 mins wait time. Despite it being a busy Saturday night it was prepared in only 20 mins! All portion sizes were very large and delicious, this was clearly prepared by someone who has a passion for producing fantastic food. Over-all this place is "THE PLACE" to get Chinese food if your in the area.
Wouldn't buy again and wouldn't recommend for anyone. Especially for the kids. I went to get some food with my family on 22/08/2023. It was a big mistake. The chips had a dark brown colour, which shows that the oil was not changed. Noodles was not fresh, they looked like they had a hard texture. We also ordered egg fried rice, which was almost dry and not possible to eat. Therefore, my son vomited after eating the sausages and chips. Please avoid this takeaway as they have bad quality food.
Absolutely delicious food.. big portions and quick service. Very friendly family run take away. Highly recommended if you visit Bala.
The food was disgusting, we feel so sick after eating it also we asked for sweet and sour chicken they gave us sweet and sour rocks and the black bean chicken was almost like black bean rat never coming here again hope it gets shut down
