Very friendly, they really know what they are doing. And the bonus back massage at the foot spa seats. This is where I want to be. I love their services. I hope they have more instagramy bling bling the next time I come. You will be happy with here I assure you.
I have been coming here for years and Tammy is the best. I love a classic French tip and that's always my go to. I wanted to get a little creative for a neon bachelorette party and Tammy nailed it (no pun intended). She gave me fun while still allowing me to have my classic French tip. Thanks Tammy!

EVERY TIME MY FIANCÉ AND I COME TO VISIT OUR PARENTS WE STOP HERE AND MY NAILS LAST SO LONG. THIS WILL BE THE ONLY PLACE I COME TO IN SIMI VALLEY!!
I’ve been to this nail salon a few times and they seem to do an ok job. However today I really saw how they nickel and dimed me and didn’t not even give me what I asked for and did not clean my cuticles. I showed a picture of what I wanted to both ladies one pedi and the other mani. They ended up convincing me that they had a better style and ended with white dots over bright pink polish it looked so bad. I think they should have stuck with what I asked for and if they could not replicate the design then say that out right so I can pick something else that I like not something quick and easy so she can move on to the next customer. Then to top it all off she charged me extra to remove the cuticle from my fingernails. Ended up paying over a $100 plus a tip. I’m not going back there it was not a good experience felt like they took advantage of me.
All the girls here are super friendly and sweet. I like that they listen to how I want my nails, and they make sure to do them well every time! Pedicures are great too, I love all the different options they offer, Sea salt scrubs, callus removal, massaging spa seats... Great nail salon!
All the staff are so nice here. Kimberly does my nails and she always does an amazing job!! I drive all the way from Las Vegas to come see here.. I know it sounds crazy but shes worth the drive!!!!
One star for Helen and second star for effort. I came here not wanting to drive down to The Valley… they seated me right away, that was nice, I waited but I didn’t mind because I was getting a massage. Helen was gentle with my feet and convinced to get a different color from what I initially requested. It turned out so good I was happy she did! The manicure tech was a bit sloppy for my taste but still this was not a deal breaker for me!
What left me speechless was that when it was time to pay they made me run a separate transaction for the girls tip because I wasn’t allowed to added onto the initial charge. This was annoying but I still wanted to take care of the techs… so agreed… as I am signing the receipt the women who was processing the transaction asked me “are you going to go shopping?” I very innocently answers(thinking she was genuinely interested)“no, I’m going home to cook for my kids “ THIS WOMEN REALLY HAD THE AUDACITY TO SAY; “if you cook don’t eat too much” !!!!!!' I find this to be extremely unprofessional and rude in general. I am curvy person who has always struggled with my physical image…
naturally my whole vibe changed, I responded “I don’t eat a lot” she answers “ Ha Ha I just kidding” . Lady………. You don’t joke about that! I was speechless I just handed her the pen and signed paper and walked away. To say the least I am not going back ! I can’t support a business who does not take care of their customers by treating them with care and respect.
Bait and Switch. My wife decided to give them a try, and we're sorry we stopped in. Their $25 advertised price for a Full-Set of nails ended up costing us $50!
We walked out feeling like we were just screwed, blued and tattooed!
I would NOT recommend this place, based solely on their pricing trickery.
