Crooks. Stay far far away if you have a some extra money to spend. The owner (who quoted me and did the work) heard I had a thousand dollars to finish my car and even after being quoted $900 on the phone still charged me $1,000 for exhaust on a naturally aspirated 1993 Honda civic. After asking around once the work was done I realized I had been knocked over the head by people who realized I didn't know any better. Live and learn from my mistakes
The work was very nice, quality components. However not worth what I was initially quoted or end up paying
As well I would like to add when I had a question about how one of my headers was routed the response from the owner was "I will cut it off right now if you dont like it" Extremely unprofessional and Lied about the price.
Another satisfied customer!!! My husband and I, stopped by the shop yesterday to inquire about a muffler delete for my Dodge Challenger SXT. Everyone was friendly and eager to assist with my questions and also shared additional alternatives for my vehicle and the sound that I wanted to achieve. My husband dropped my vehicle off this morning, we picked it up this afternoon and I couldn't be more satisfied with the outcome!!! Of course I won't compare it to my husband's HEMI, but it sounds great and really exceeded my expectations. Did I also share that they have excellent pricing options as well! We'll most definitely be using The Muffler Shop of Rock Hill for any and all future needs. Thanks guy's!
Yesterday I had an oil change done by my mechanic. After I picked it up it made a strange noise in the back end so I took it back. It did sound like the muffler to me and did to my mechanic as well so he referred me to The muffler Shop. Upon arrival I was directed to the owner, a young man, very kind and polite. He was able to listen and look under the vehicle and then informed me that it was simply my heat shield had partially broken off and was sitting on top of my muffler. He then said, "I can fix that in a couple minutes." He made room in the bay and took me right in. He fixed the issue. When I asked him how much I owed him he said "NOTHING". It took probably 10 -15 of his time and yet he charged me nothing. BUT here is the thing. He could have sold me a whole new exhaust system and I would have believed him cause my mechanic thought it was the muffler too but not only was this young man kind in helping me, he was HONEST. These are the types of businesses we need to support. I can't remember his name but again I want to say THANK YOU and God bless you and your business for your kindness towards me.

My truck was making a strange noise that I could not determine where it was coming from. I stopped in the Muffler Shop of Rock Hill. There were two men working there who were very friendly and helpful. They were kind enough to work my truck in that day, repaired the problem, charged me a very reasonable fee and sent me on my way. I will use them again and highly recommend them to my friends and family.
Devin did an amazing job installing the Flow Master 70 muffler with dual exhaust and chrome tips. I decided to take my truck to his business, given the positive reviews and great pictures. I wanted to use a local small business to cater to my specific needs. Glad I did because my truck looks AWESOME now!!! I got to say I am VERY PLEASED!!! If I had another truck, I'd have taken it to him too! Great Job. You exceeded my expectations! You now have a new repeat customer!!! You Rock!! P.S. those are rubber snakes in the pics... Keeps birds from playing in my carport..LOL

I had an awesome experience here, and the utmost respect to the gentleman that took care of us. On a surprise trip to do a job interview at my now current employer, our factory exhaust rusted off roughly 600 miles into our 1100 mile trip on a Thursday . We limped it the rest of the way because I didn’t want to miss the interview. Once we arrived in South Carolina my wife and I decided that we wouldn’t be able to drive it back home another 1100 miles the way it was.
Thankfully, my friend told me about this shop. We called them Thursday late afternoon, and he was able to squeeze me in on Friday morning. He had our car back to us before noon on Friday. (He did the entire cat back in that time frame, bent it with no guide, welded it, and hung it. Keep in mind all of the factory exhaust pieces were gone when it broke off).
I just finally moved down here to S.C. and I will be bringing my Explorer to him to get it fixed as I need the flex pipe cut and replaced and the rear mufflers deleted.
I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone, very friendly, and all around a great shop and people. Very happy with the work.
