Been using you guys for many years now, over 20 years. Always enjoyed going in there and liked the service, but however after going in there recently, it would appear service is no longer applicable. Went in there for something simple and got a one word answer saying no. I’m sure you could have ordered it in, but you couldn’t be bothered. Would have saved 3o minutes of my life if you had answered the phone. Whilst in store I was told that they were busy with customers. Tried calling 6 times in the time frame of between 9.00 - 9.30am whilst sat in traffic. So sorry to say I will not be going in there again. As the young males attitude was irritating to say the least. I was going to email this to you directly but no email on your site and no point ringing to ask for it as he won’t pick up the phone

Website could do with a bit more info on it. It needs to put pictures up stating sizes of item, colour paints they have in stock and prices of items. Just looking a bit drab. The pictures are not clear on what they have in stock. I had to come from Carterton about 9 moths ago and did not have what I wanted and I can't talk over the phone as I get panicky and my mental health is poor.
Staff are always friendly and helpful. And very knowledgeable, haven't come put of there yet without an answer to a problem.
Great shop for getting those bits you need quickly when doing jobs, rather than waiting for delivery on something in the middle of a job.
Not open. Website, Google and Facebook all say open at 10am on a Sunday, but 10.15 and all shut up, lights off, that was a wasted trip. Perhaps if you have adjusted opening times you may want to update the website!
Wont be getting ripped off here again - went in to buy a side light bulb but they didn’t have the exact one. The sales assistant (Vince) advised and assured us that another bulb would fit, so we purchased it trusting his expertise. Well, it doesn’t fit. So we purchased a single useless bulb for £5.99. We ended up going to Halfords, where we should have just gone in the first place - they had loads in stock and we got 2 for £3.50.
