I've been using these guys for the last 32 years! Back in the days as a 15 year old apprentice at Tower Road garage, to my mid 40s running my own garages.
It's been that long, boss man Simon had a full blown mullet and son Elliot was swimming around in a pink hairy sack.

Bought a battery that packed up after two weeks, when I took it back I was told it was flat and to test it it needed to be charged. I said I know it's flat, that's why I brought it back, he said he'd need to charge it to test it but would be a cost. In the end he was obstructive and it was obvious to me he didn't want to know. Last time I go there

Good local motorist shop with a wide range of physical stock on the shelves. Prices can be a little on the high side, but I don’t always mind if it means I can have the product/part now, and if everyone just used Amazon/eBay then these shops would go out of business. The guys are very helpful but I sometimes feel that they take advantage of regular customers with adhoc pricing, when they really should be looking after them more. They also aren’t very good at getting parts for older/classic cars.
I've used these guys for years. Very rarely are they over priced and can get the parts you need either off the shelf, delivered to the shop the same day or next day. Either way great service. They stock a lot of tools too. Always handy for the stubborn part that simply won't come off half way through a strip down.

First time I've used the Motorist Centre. I called in today for some new wipers. Supplied and fitted in minutes. Excellent customer service. I'll be using them again for sure.
