Just us 2 and an empty restaurant with no service, waited a while. No one care to check up on us. Food tastes alright, but everything else sucks. Spoons were dirty! Loud talking came from the kitchen, sounded like a fish market.

Came in when it's pretty empty and wanted to sit in a specific table but the waiter make us sit somewhere else that I don't like. Last time I was there a waitress serve me and she let me sit anywhere.
Me and my brother came before a family and were ready to order. Instead of coming to us, the waiter decided to take orders from the family. We even waved and established eye contacts. So we just walked out of there before the waiter got to us cuz we wanted to spend our money somewhere else.
Also please don't place groups to sit next to each other if it's not full house
Super disappointing. I've been here three times and even though the food is good, the service has been terrible all three times. I don't really understand, because there are so many other restaurants, That the competition alone should make them have better customer service but they don't. They charge 3.5% if you use your credit card. Who does that anymore? I actually don't know if the food is very good compared to other places because I don't have that much experience, but I do like the broth of the chicken soup. I definitely won't be back again. I do not recommend this place.
The place could have easily taken a five stars from me but there were some small problems that I wanna share over here.
In total the foods were really good, eyes catching presentation and well seasoned. The portion was also big and the price was kinda reasonable and affordable. I read some comments that complained about the price is too expensive. However, please get used to it, the economy is not the same anymore.
The first problem we had is that they are selling Gelato with many flavors but somehow they not allow you to have a sample??? I meant c'mon people, giving the customer one tiny piece of sample doesn't kill anyone. It will also help you to sell more flavor.
The second problem was customer service. It looks like because they are new restaurant so they don't have enough worker. I can see one employee doing everything and he wasn't really friendly at all. No matter how good your foods are; if you don't treat your customers well, no one want to return.
Overall it was a great place to eat out and enjoy some good foods. Will be back here soon and hope they improve the customer service.

Return customer, order Vemerceli Combination Bún Thịt Nướng Chả Giò to go but it really take more than 30min for the food to be ready I guess I won’t be returning anytime soon.
Open Late, delicious soft filet minion and tasty noodles… we got the lychee Tea too???????? so good. AND THEY HAVE GELATO until 1 am ????

If we could add anything would be softer lights and individual booths for a more romantic atmosphere…with that great food would be perfect spot to come with a date or friends for a late night meal ????
