They save my trip :) When my starter died they came to my address and took a car to replace the starter and after 3 hours my car was back! Fully working with new cooling liquid as well. They are pricey but are worth it! First-class service and they are very helpful!
They came highly recommended from my parents who have used them for years. so happy with the level of service. Lovely people, was my first mot and was explained to me properly the issues and how to fix them and cannot grumble at all at the price. Gillian is very friendly and helpful and I always feel like I’m getting a fair price. Especially as an 18yr old girl can feel wary that I’m going to get ripped off but monkton hall garage always is very fair with prices and always explains to me what’s wrong with my car. They also are very efficient and I’m always left happy with the work that they do for my car.
Put my bmw in due to my back wheel making sounds and was told we can't find the reason here is the bill of £90 your safe to drive, fast forward a month and go to another garage to be told the caliper has almost completely seized and is covered in rust. Now they either didn't bother looking or was complete incompetence. Either way what a rip off garage be aware.

Damn good work boys, got the car in on a Monday out on the Tuesday. Sorted the issue without getting fleeced. Have a Mercedes, highly recommend going with them over any Mercedes dealership.
My family has been going to Ewan for three generations and have now referred my mother in law! Ewan and his family and team are amazing. He is skilled and knowledgeable; genuinely both nice and professional; and very fair with his prices. Honestly couldn’t praise them more.
I have had the worst experience here. They put bad quality very thick oil in my car during oil change service and this troubled me and ultimately I went to another car garage who also mentioned in writing that the previous oil was likely bad and very thick.
