We stopped in for a lunch today and everyone was so friendly. I ordered a Toasted Marshmallow Mocha and my friend had an Iced Carmel Latte.
Our lunch was quick, hot and delicious. My deluxe chicken Caesar salad was just the right amount. I added franks to my Caesar dressing and made it more or less a Buffalo chicken salad… SO GOOD!
My friend ordered a chicken and greens sandwich and it was to die for!! I was lucky enough to try a bite.
I’ll definitely be back in again soon! The coffee is delicious and the sweets counter is plentiful.
We have stopped by this place three times so far to grab a coffee and after the first visit when we decided to grab a pastry, we can't resist a pastry every time. Their coffee is pretty good, definitely a place I choose to go for a nice cup. I've tried two so far and enjoyed them both. However, their pastries are to die for. Wow. Absolutely delicious. Perfect. Of the ones we've tried so for my favorite has been the apple turnover, but everything has been so good. And their prices are great. Other places I've been to with desserts of these sizes are 2 or 3 times the price. Great place and will definitely keep going. I can't wait to try more coffee, pastries, and their food.
Was in town for a theater event and saw this place. The menu seemed to be adequately diverse for a cafe, and while I didn't have any cake, they all looked amazing! Quite the selection! I had a special - chicken francaise - which isn't a dish you see every day. Not amazing, but really not bad at all. Parking was great, which is key for any downtown area. We were there early, but as we were leaving the place was filling up nicely. Easy to see that it's a local favorite.
Found this gem when visiting Warren, OH to see the solar eclipse. I really love the atmosphere and the friendly nature of the folks in the town.
I have to visit this place every time I go to Warren Ohio. The coffee is excellent with lots of different syrups and flavors and methods of preparation. They also have teas. Their lunch menu looked superb unfortunately we just ate. we stopped by for coffee and deserts. They had about 8 different kinds of mile high New York style cheesecake, homemade pies, cookies and cakes. All beautiful in presentation and delectable in taste. The atmosphere is calm and peaceful. I love this place!
Fantastic counter-service weekend brunch spot. Aiden was a great help when ordering and had an awesome attitude, even with our large party.
The lemon blueberry cake was lovely and large enough to share.
Coffee was surprisingly rich. ☕️????
We had to get up several times to refill coffee, get side plates, silverware, etc. That was a pain but otherwise a lovely experience.
We have had several events catered by the Mocha house at the hippodrome and it is always the very best experience! Thank you guys for all you do!
Side note California Cheesecake is our family’s hands down favorite!!!
Been going to the Mocha House for over 20 years - you honestly cannot find a better place for breakfast within a 60 mile radius. The staff is prompt and always hustling to move everyone along. The baked goods are homemade and fantastic. The atmosphere is comfortable and large to handle the large crowds, especially on the weekend. You will not be disappointed.
