RAC patrolman said I needed an Alternator, Clutch Pulley and Belt when I broke down, their mobile mechanic gave me a price over the phone but couldn't do it for a few days; contacted Dean who came out the same morning I called and diagnosed my Alternator was ok and therefore saved myself a good £200+, he sourced the parts and fitted them that same day, even though the weather was atrocious.
Would recommend Dean to anyone who wants an honest job done for a fair price.

Absolutely the worst mechanic ever.
Unreliable,liars about what needs doing on your car , steals bits from the car swaps them over with someone else's parts. Dodgy as hell.
Never turns up with not a phone call to explain why and has a cheek to moan when you call him to ask what's going on

Called Dean as my car wouldn't start after having tried everything I could. Dean came over, ran diagnostics and worked on the engine. Got the car started within minutes.
He came back next day and serviced the engine, checked it all over and ran more diagnostics to ensure car was working as it should. Car has been running perfectly since.
Very impressed with Dean and his knowledge and experience.
Called the mobile mechanic today with an issue with my car. He was round my house in a few hours diagnosed and solved the issue and in no time I was back on the road.
The pair was very professional and made me feel at ease. He was extremely knowledgeable. Would hire again.

Called Dean about an oil leak in one of my cars, he came over within a couple hours of calling and diagnosed that the oil filter was leaking. Came over the next day with the part and replaced it with an oil change the next day.
I also happened to be having trouble with another one of my cars to which he very kindly said he'd take a quick look at while his coworker worked on the oil filter. Turns out it was a blown head gasket on my 3-cyl Ford Fiesta Ecoboost.
Dean took my Ford a few days later to get the whole thing sorted. Head gasket replacement, head skim, pressure tested, the whole job. While he was under the hood he also replaced the cambelt and did an oil and filter change.
Turns out there was also a crack in one of my cylinders, to which he also swiftly had repaired. Although the job may have taken a little longer, and the timelines weren't always accurate, the service Dean provided was top notch and very reasonably priced. (Put it this way, to have it done at main dealership it would have cost me at least double!)
Would absolutely recommend, stellar bloke.
Shane and dean really helped me with my window wipers, they discovered the problem was the mechanism and they found a part for it and repaired it very quickly for me . Ever so friendly and helpful , will defo call them if anything else goes wrong! Really recommend
