The service was good however the expectations of food slightly didn’t meet as it was more likely made for English people. No spicy, I was specifically looking for authentic Asian/Indian food. The place and where it located was fair though based on the regular customer’s. We drove 40 minutes just to reach here looking at google map while returning from Dover.
We have eaten here quite a few times now and we have always had a lovely dining experience. Not sure what has happened guys but the food was dry and no flavour whatsoever. The service was extremely poor and very unwelcoming. Whatever has happened guys you need to sort it out quickly as the people on the table next to us was also not happy with the food. If you think charging £12.95 for a small potion of curry containing 5 small pieces of chicken is acceptable and hardy any sauce, well you are so wrong. Get a grip guys because you are much better than what we experienced tonight.
Not my local but always worth the drive. Fabulous food with a menu full of your favourites and enough extra dishes to keep the connoisseur of the curry paying attention!! Add in a couple of cold Cobras and friendly attentive service and you’ll have a fantastic dinner out!! 5*
Amazing food and such a great selection to choose from, we had a large party and everything came out at the same time, the waiter had a great sense of humor too
Terrible. Avoid at all costs. Delivery took nearly 2 hours and had ⅓ of it missing. Mildly luke warm. Chilli chicken wasn’t edible. I wouldn’t serve that to a dog. Aloo gobi had zero flavour and was tasteless at best. Won’t even use it again.
Tip top food, excellent service and always a great place to be. My one and only (selfish) want would be an option for a non alcoholic beer. ????
We love this place! We have been eating in here for almost 10 years now and it has always been amazing. The staff are friendly and efficient, and the food is fantastic. Highly recommend to anyone considering visiting Minster Tandoori!
Nice and clean restaurant, staff are welcoming when walking into the restaurant but that soon changed once it came to ordering food. They are mostly clueless about their own menu, food that tastes worse than ready meals (everything tasted bland and like a leftover meal but also who would add lentils in chicken curry) and the attitude of owner/manager changed once there were complaints about the food, there were other customers too who were not happy with the food and the owner/manager could not handle constructive feedback.
