A traditonal type pub, can be a little noisy at times (but locals are a good bunch) can be quite loud!----- I'm a lager man and never had a bad pint of Tennants on the many visits I have (and will have again) in the future.Staff are good and always remember what you drink even if you've not visited for a week or two.
An additional 'big' bonus is the Italian restaurant (all part of the pub) at the rear part of the establishment where you can have a 'proper' Italian meal (or other) which is served by really nice staff or, if you're in the bar you can order a meal to take away ????!! (I think i've made my point ????!)
The pub was great. The Italian food was a little salty for my taste unfortunately. Calamari was not great.
Really good village pub. Good service, very competitive prices, well kept beer / lager. Cocktails. 3 sport TVs. Occasional band on Friday nights.
Decent local pub linked to la vita restaurant so you can get grub good for watching football has karaoke at times!
Cozy bar to the front , rear lounge lovely , function area /pool room ,and restaurant to rear with excellent pizzas and pasta dishes
Always friendly and helpful bar staff, dog friendly a big plus as not always welcome elsewhere and always a friendly atmosphere would reccomend if visiting or walking in the area
What can I say a great family, friends pub to gather. X
