I visited this restaurant two decades ago and have always had fond memories. When planning a birthday trip to Atlanta, this place was on the list to visit. The service was good but could have been better. They seemed short staffed so that may have been the issue. My favorite part of the meal was the appetizer and the dessert. The main course was good but we chose a variety of proteins and veggies so it got confusing on the cook times on what was in the pot. I would visit this place just for the desert, which was incredible. All in all I greatly enjoyed this dinner, especially sharing it with my best friend????
Our waiter was super sweet and funny! I have a dairy allergy and they took care of me and everything was delicious! The manager checked in on us and was super sweet! I also ordered a blackberry margarita and highly suggest for anyone who love a tangy sweet margarita!
Food was delicious. It lasted longer than expected (4 hours) but we enjoyed it greatly! They’ve added so any new options since my last visit. It’s nice to see their commitment to growth and the gluten free allergy options are so impressive!
Great place to go for couples or a nice sit down for a small group. Food was great and the experience added to the charm. I can definitely confirm that the Coq Au Vin added a great flavor to all the food. Highly recommend.
I recently dined at the Melting Pot and had the pleasure of experiencing Raymond's exceptional management. From the moment we arrived, Raymond's warm and welcoming demeanor set the tone for a fantastic evening. He made our drinks so perfect and delicious. His genuine passion for his work and commitment to outstanding service made us feel valued and well-cared for. If you're dining at the Melting Pot, Raymond's exceptional leadership and dedication will undoubtedly enhance your visit. Thank you, Raymond, for making our evening truly memorable!
Food was great and service was impeccable. A full meal consists of 4 courses, so arrive 2hrs before closing if you want the full experience. Big thanks to E, our server, for staying after closing to service us. We arrived at 8:45 which is when they stop accepting walk-ins.
Lots of options for a meal, but I didn't notice if there were any vegetarian options. Classic Alpine fondue with the charcuterie board hit the spot.
We went to the Melting Pot recently just before going to the Fox Theatre to see a show and we were very impressed with the entire evening. I was not sure about the whole concept at first but once the four course meal began I was much more comfortable with the process. The food was great and the atmosphere was perfect. We will definitely return soon.
Had such a wonderful night here! So many positives that I might not be able to mention them all. Manager Connor greeted us kindly at the door and the hosts seated us quickly and with a smile. Our waitress Kiara was one of the best parts of our experience without a doubt. She was so friendly and helpful and clearly made a point to make sure all our needs were taken care of. She was funny and joked with us when my boyfriend got way too drunk off of a single Moscow mule (it was potent!). Connor came over again to ensure we were doing well and we enjoyed chatting with him as well.
The food was amazing! I’m a vegan so we got a fully vegan meal that my carnivore boyfriend enjoyed as much as I did. The cheese was delicious and I loved the free refills on dippers throughout the meal. It was plenty of food for the two of us and we devoured it. The chocolate was, of course, my favorite part. My carnivore boyfriend LOVED the impossible meatballs.
Overall, such a wonderful experience and a wonderfully run restaurant. You can tell everyone working there takes great pride in it and it makes the great food even better.
