My favourite pub in Braunton. Great pool table, cheap prices and amazing beer garden. Interior isn’t the nicest ever but overall this pub ticks all the boxes! Bar staff always lovely too.
Not much of a welcome or how are you, felt like a locals pub if they know you you would probably get a hello how are you today. Not an ale drinkers pub even though there were 5 pumps and only 1 ale on but it was very good and reasonably priced.
Landlord is a top bloke, he's always joking saying he pours the best Guinness in town but I genuinely feel like he's correct.
Mariners is a friendly local pub. Lively and busy on the weekend and a little quieter during the week. Lovely atmosphere.
The friendliest pub in Braunton. If you're lonely, go to the Mariners, if you're sad, go to the Mariners, if you're really happy and have great news to share, go to the Mariners!! Wonderful staff, wonderful people, lovely traditional pub atmosphere.

This place is amazing. The 2 behind the bar are so friendly and helpful, Lee couldn't be a nice enough guy. Decent newly refurbished pool table, great atmosphere in the evening. No idiots in there and a darts board music and decent very reasonably priced beer. The only place I will go when I return. Cheers lads
