My curiosity was piqued by the enticing online images of their breakfast specialties, particularly pancakes, waffles, and French toast that seemed perfect for a fun kids' meal.
Atmosphere and Decor The cafe boasts a charming bar-themed decor, with a vibe that leans more towards an adult audience, possibly due to their famous mimosas. However, their breakfast offerings, especially the pancakes, waffles, and French toast, are not only delicious but also visually appealing for children.
Service The service was a highlight of our visit. The staff was attentive and frequently checked on us, ensuring a pleasant dining experience.

This was my first time going to the maple bar. My co-worker is always taking about the chicken fried steak with the sausage gravy so I tried it out this time and it did not disappoint. I got it with tater tots and two over easy eggs. Also had the mimosa flight and you get to pick with ones you want from a bunch of flavors. I tried the Hawaiian, watermelon, peach and the prickly pear. Our waiter was very friendly and knowledgeable. Had a great experience on my first visit.
Food and atmosphere were great. I got the eggs, spam and short ribs plate. Everything was delicious. I will come back again solely on how good the food was. Only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is the service. Waiter never took our plates away when we finished and they just seemed a little new at it. I expect that they will get better with time with the wait staff. Will update my rating next time I come.
Great FOOD, amazing drinks, wonderful atmosphere and outstanding service! I had the cinnamon roll pancakes definitely a 10/10 the taste was perfect, the texture was perfect and the infused flavors were top tier! I also had a Bellini a strawberry one and it was nice and flavorful. The bacon is crispy, the sausage has a homemade authentic flavor and the syrup for the pancakes was not to sweet and a perfect amount for my serving of pancakes. I also had a special request for my plate and the waiter and the chef made sure to make it happen. I was very satisfied and will definitely be back!
I really enjoy coming here for brunch. The staff is amazing and knowledgeable and the food is delicious. I got the veggie skillet. It was delicious and we got the passion fruit Mimosa.
Ordered the biscuits and gravy, it was way too salty, had to pick off the scallions, who puts scallions on biscuits and gravy, but the biscuits were moist, i liked the bacon crumbles on top. The server was nice and the music was great. Ended up posting over $27 for coffee, buscuits n gravy n a tip. Won't be back it's too expensive for me.
For was great. I got the Meat Lovers Omelet and my mom got the Sweet Ham Steak. We both enjoyed our meals. Only issue was service, the servers rarely checked in. Our meal.came with toast. They mean just one slice of bread. It was weird. And the music was so loud I could barely hear my mom. I'm all for playing some jams, but I still want to be able to have a conversation with the people I am eating out with.
Loved this spot. Good food, loved the mimosa options. Lots of food options. They're only open til 2 unfortunately. We had a few hiccups with our order but I am happy how it was handled and overall am pleased. I plan to come back.
