Absolutely outstanding.
Our visit was shortly after the venue changed hands so at that time they were offering a tapas menu. Absolutely delicious and there were plenty of options for everyone, including me (vegetarian) but they also took the trouble to offer off menu options which was a lovely touch but not necessary as I had already found a large selection of options.
The staff were so friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable.
The venue is beautiful and set in lovely grounds. I'd have no issue whatsoever recommending The Manor and will definitely be returning.
I visited the Manor for my daughters wedding and I could not recommend this venue highly enough. It was fantastic from the setting to the food and the staff it was perfect. I feel the events manager, Jen, went above and beyond to cater to our needs.
Everytime I've been it was lovely the staff, the food everything I hope it reopens soon its my favorite place
Gorgeous !!!! Beautiful decor and Architecture of the house, staff welcoming and friendly, food was lovely, well cooked and great menu choices, a stunning setting, well worth a visit, eating good food in a beautiful place, what's not to like, nice to be away from noise, roads , etc x
Hard to put words to how beautiful the exterior and interior of The Manor was. I went with my fiancé, his mother, and her boyfriend.
My English fiancé suggested I order the Sunday roast. Ordered mine pink and it was so tender and flavorful and the gravy went perfectly with it. Said their gravy was gluten free. Awesome. Roasted vegetables are easy to love, but my favorite was the roast carrots and red onions.
He ordered the bream and salmon. I picked off his plate; though I hadn't had bream before, I preferred it to the salmon which was still great. He had sticky toffee pudding for dessert which is Not gluten free, but I just had to try some. Delicious.
Afterwards, we walked a little bit around the green which has another gorgeous view of the Welsh countryside.
TRACY the owner was VERY RUDE. We always go here for many years now because the food is amazing
, The chef and Courtney and other waiting staff are very nice BUT won't come back ever because of Tracy.
First time my daughter cried in years, but TRACY immediately came to us and wanted us out, she said can't have my baby crying whilst people are trying to eat. She had seen me trying my best to pacify my baby. My baby cried more because a baby came in crying but she didn't approach the other family just us.
Don't recommend this restaurant.
I will only come back when there's a new management. Can't wait for a new owner
We met up with friends here for Sunday lunch. The food was outstandingly good and service was efficient and friendly too.
We had roast beef and roast lamb. Thoroughly recommended! ????
Visited The Manor for the first time to have Sunday lunch and it was one of the best I've had, beautifully cooked trout with heaps of vegetables - looking forward to my next visit. PS the views are exceptional!
