The food is absolutely horrible.

Except this the beach is nice and you can walk around on the cliffs, there are also playgrounds and other things for children.
Parking is paid .
We are regular visitors to Beaulieu and love walking along the beach at Lepe. The lookout is in the perfect location to relax while taking in the view with a delicious coffee and piece of cake or something from their extensive menu. Very friendly service and everything is great quality. Recommended. Note the car park is pay and display with a number plate recognition barrier system.
It's a lovely cafe with great view and great customer service. Food taste great as well. Can't fault it, highly recommend.
Fantastic view and ‘lookout’. However food leaves a lot to be desired. Sausage roll was poor, vegan pasty was very spicy with no indication of this on the menu. Fish fingers meal is not served with chips any more, but price is the same. Expensive and disappointing, especially when you add the £5 minimum car parking charge on top. Staff were very pleasant.
Stunning location and a wonderful freshly cooked breakfast with a view!! Staff were really nice too. If I had one suggestion/request it would be barrista coffee rather than the push button machine type. Would definitely visit again though
Money is tight so I ordered a Surprise bag from the 'TOO GOOD TOO GO'App. This app is for local businesses to sell off old, out if date and unwanted food cheaply to the local people. The Surprise bag should have had £12+ value of food in it. I received one vile Vegetarian sausage roll, one nasty pasty which was also vegetarian, and a Tiny slice, not a standard portion, of stale Victorian sponge ! According to the menu online it did not amount to £12. So feel there was definitely not enough content in the bag. I have also complained to 'Too Good to Go'. Very unhappy with the quality of the food and can't see me coming back. Also parking is expensive
The Lookout is most definitely the right name for this place. We just had cake and millionaire shortbread, but both would extremely tasty. Lovely service, spotless loos, delicious food, great view - what more could you want from a cafe?
Council run sums it up - every time we visit we say never again but it's a good bike ride ... luke warm 'hot' chocolate really sweet yuck undrinkable...on our previous visit we had to sit with dirty cups and plates whilst the staff stood around twiddling thumbs even the manager was walking round - unbelievable!. Shame as a beautiful view from this beach across to the Island. The cafe is being renovated - its not a good design anyway but I doubt they ll make it better. Toilets in abundance - outside and still keeping one's inside which seems odd as there's not enough space inside what with the toilets, a shop which takes space and a fire right in the middle of the room ...OK not giving them any more money.
