I like my breakfast cooked very very well done, favoring burnt. They are able to get my food over cooked nearly to my liking ????. The staff are friendly and welcoming, service is quick and everything is clean and tidy. I don't know what more a person could ask for?
As it was mine and my daughter's last day in Oil City I decided that I wanted to go out for Breakfast. After reading the very positive reviews about the quality of the food and the size of the portions we decided to come here. While it looked like it was packed from the outside we noticed a lot of seating available once we entered. We were seated almost immediately and began to peruse the menu, while not terribly big there was enough of a selection. Service was a bit slow but as this is a very beloved local spot that was a bit busy I can overlook that. I ordered the Deluxe breakfast with Scrambled Eggs, Hash browns, Sausage Patties and Pancakes with an additional side of Hash browns and 2 Biscuits. My daughter ordered Chocolate Chip Pancakes with a side of Hash browns and bacon while my mother ordered the bacon and cheese omelette with a side of Hash browns. As we waited for our order the table across from us had their meal served and remember me saying I read in the reviews about the large portions? They weren't lying! Shortly after our meals were served and words can't do it Justice so see the attached pics! Everything was absolutely delicious! I can honestly say we all left very full and very satisfied! This has become my favorite place to have breakfast when I'm visiting the area! I will definitely be back on my next visit to Pennsylvania!
First time trying the Log cabin since the re-open. We had the Mozzarella Sticks which were amazing very cheesy and great flavor. Our dinners were also very good. I had the tenders, and my guest had the Ruben. However, the Salad and the other veggies were very bad. The beans were mushy and super oily. We also paid for an extra drink that sent back that way bad. Also had bad customer service when we asked why we got charged. (drinks were also a bit expensive 2.25 each)
Yuk. Gravy smelled like kerosene, tasted awful. Green beans from a can, at least try to doctor them up. Salad with no tomato, terrible "fake" bacon bits. Not asked about dessert. Cold as a meat locker in there. Food has become low quality. Not worth the prices. Won't be back.
Went there for lunch with family today and it was a lovely time!! The restaurant is so pretty and clean! The food was absolute perfection!! The prices were very fair! Our waitress Taylor was excellent - she made sure that we had everything we needed very quickly and with a great attitude - she's a definite asset to the business!!!
Best tasting coffee I've had in a while. Food was delicious and served quick and with a smile. The best part of breakfast was the original Mrs Butterworth syrup. Was able to hang out for a spell. Beautiful interior, spacious and has outdoor dining as well.
Food was very good but served Luke warm. Service was terrible. We didn't get our salads until the meal. Waited too long then it was cold. Bad experience. Special was menu price. Waitress was friendly but not focused on her tables.
Very busy and crowded on a Friday night. Very young waiter did great! Food was good, but we waited a long time to get it!
