My hair has never looked so healthy and thick! All the girls here are great! I see Heidi and I love my hair!
5 stars for Minsong! She took my 93 yr old Grandma on short notice and permed her hair. My grandma and mother (who drove her there) were both immensely impressed with Minsong. Grandma loves her perm, and my mom is so grateful to Minsong for being so kind! Took some of her cards, highly recommend Minsong, and will be back to see her!
I have been coming here for years. I have seen Alyssa and more recently Heidi. My mother sees Alyssa. They both are great at hair cuts. Heidi does fantastic with colors and did the most amazing blue and purple highlights on me a few years ago. She also is wonderful with my curly hair.
Ngl I was so nervous to ever get my hair dyed blonde and it actually turned out really good! Minsong did a great job with my hair and I felt so comfortable talking to her. She offered drinks and I loved the vibe she gave. This has been one of the best experience I’ve ever had at a salon. I really appreciated her time and dedication.
Came in two weeks ago for a stylist and she did my hair great, I had lowlights put in. I went in earlier this week for a last minute haircut before a trip and my hair got totally botched. It looked deceiving when leaving the salon but after washing it at home I could see the thick and chunky layers that were put in that look absolutely nowhere near what I showed her. It’s also completely disconnected from the bottom 1/3 of my hair. During the wash the stylist was also pretty aggressive with getting the shampoo/conditioner on my hair and got it all over my forehead neck and ears. They shoved the towels used to wrap my hair into my hairs and scrape across my skin to dry me off. I will be going back for the stylist who did my lowlights and maybe she can help me even out what is now a train wreck of a hair cut.
There isnt anyone there to check you in besides the person you made the appointment with, so that can be frustrating, but once I'm back with Tosha, she made the experience amazing. Ive only been three times, but she has made my hair exactly as I asked every time!
Janelle did wonders on my hair today! She is officially the only person ill let touch my hair here in Alaska. she did a perfect trim without taking hardly any length off! 5 stars and well be recommended her to everyone!
Brittany does such a wonderful job hitting an old school style for a men's haircut. This is a traditional Salon and is very tidy and inviting
