I really like all the amenities that the Lodge has to offer. The gym has great options, and the pool during the summer looks great! Lainey did a great job showing me everything the Lodge has to offer when I did a tour there. Had had nothing but good experiences thus far.
The Lodge at Allendale is overall a very good place to live. The staff and maintenance team are all wonderful, super helpful, and make you feel like you can easily talk to them about anything. It is nicely furnished, very modern, and provides everything you need. The only issues I've came across are the parking lot when it snows/bad weather and sometimes the printer does not work which can be inconvenient when you need it. Although I'd be mindful of the price of rent, I highly recommend living at the Lodge and have had an overall enjoyable experience as a resident.
I have had nothing but good experiences at The Lodge. The staff always does such a nice job helping me with everything I need, especially Lainey. She is always there when I need assistance, and does a great job!
I really like the set of all the included amenities at the Lodge. The gym and the pool look awesome. Lainey did a great job explaining them both to me (as well as everything else). I also really like the property as a whole, so this place is in high consideration for me.
Overall the lodge a safe and convenient place to live, the apartments are nice but you can tell they were constructed in days (lacking quality). Do not expect the staff here to stay true to their word or help you out. I had an incident a few months ago where someone parked in my paid reserved spot and neither lodge or abolute would do anything about it, so what's the point in buying it. I was also at risk of being towed if I parked right across from my spot in a general spot (like that makes any sense). Not that big of a deal they were just disrespectful and no help at all. Would 100% buy a spot again if they stayed true to their word like it states in the lease regarding the spot.
They've also cut major corners regarding their Wifi. We were told we would have our own network, which we did when we moved in but they combined it into one big mesh network for the whole complex, which made it way slower.
I get it, they want to make their money, but they should really step it up for how much you pay to live here. I would probably recommend living somewhere else if you don't live here already, but the other options in the area have their faults as well.
NOTE: The Lodge told me they couldn't tow the car out of my spot because it was midday and absolute wasn't out yet, but the next day midday I watched them tow a car from the front lot. Turns out residents don't get that privilege.
Had a great tour at the Lodge. This is definitely going to be my top choice to stay. Lainey did such an excellent job showing me around the property, showing me all the ameneties, and answering all my questions. Loved it so much overall!
The staff as a whole has a warm, friendly feeling. One person, Lainey, who conducted our tour certainly made a wonderful impression. Beyond impressed with how friendly and knowledgeable she was.
I lived at the lodge for two years and loved it there. My maintenance requests were always handled quickly. The office staff was always very helpful, especially Lainey ????. I appreciated the way the office staff was so accessible and efficient with their communication. The little events were fun too (free popcorn, free pop, painting flower pots, etc). I honestly miss the lodge community ????
P.S. the only issue I really had were the thin walls, but that’s only because we must have had a herd of elephants roaming above us.
