Beautiful tearoom! We had the perfect Mother’s Day afternoon tea and it was absolutely delicious and very pretty. Thoroughly enjoyed and lovely staff. Highly recommend!
Fantastic little gem! The team are lovely and although we only had tea and coffee the cakes looked delicious and they had vegan options on the menu!
Lovely out door seating area and wonderfully toasty warm inside of the weather is cold!
We parked at Rivington Reservoir Car Park and did a circular including Rivington Pike and the gardens! Great area!

Absolutely fantastic place for sandwiches, coffee and cake. A little gem well hidden in Rivington and probably unknown to many of the people who come here for a walk. We stumbled on this place by accident and will be back to sample more of the amazing, home made cakes....the summer berry sponge with lavender buttercream is not to be missed, and delicious granary bread toasted sandwiches. Great coffee, atmosphere, lots of indoor and outdoor seating, dog-friendly, lovely hosts and great food in a beautiful setting.....and compared to the now extortionate prices of Spring Cottage, very reasonable prices too!
They also have a vegan bagel and gluten free paninis. The only downside is they're only open on a Sunday, such a shame! We'll be back!
Called in today for the 1st time after a 12 mile walk , been past plenty of times but normally go to bottom barn, the cake here is so much nicer. It’ll be our calling place from now on. Lovely ????called again today 7th Nov after 9 mile walk. Orange ???? cake scrumptious. Going through the list. You won’t be disappointed ????????
absolutely loved this place, very remote and perfect place for walkers/cyclists to stop for a coffee and cake. The cake we had was so tasty and the coffee was on point!
