Excellent family restaurant! Great food, prices and service! Carl Junction is a small town just NW of Joplin. Its a diamond in the rough and something you cant go without. If you are ever in the area, want to take a drive or craving a great breakfast or burger, then this is where you need to go!!
This cafe is a gem! We found this place while visiting and couldn’t get enough of it. We went three times during our stay, once for lunch and twice for breakfast. The food and service were top notch every time! Great food for a great price and the owner was so personable and friendly and the atmosphere was inviting and peaceful. I can’t rave enough about this little cafe!
The Lilypad has the absolute best homeade cheeseburgers in this area. I'm talking juicy yummy deliciousness. They are reasonably priced and their suzyQs are the bomb.
I've also eaten breakfast here a number of times, and it's pretty good. I definitely recommend it for a quick breakfast or lunch.
Best ranch dressing in Missouri. Thick and creamy with just the right about of seasoning.
The food over all was good. We had a snafu with some of it and the owners personally took care of it.
My husband and I travel for a living and sometimes the kitchen has an off day. We totally understand. But the owners went out of their way to make it right and you could tell they really care.
We go to a lot of restaurants and the one way to make a great impression is to have a staff that wants to be there and owners that take pride in their establishment.
We will definitely be going back and would highly recommend Yall do too!
We visited for the first time as we live in Kansas and we're looking for a place to eat on the way home, we saw this place and the good reviews and decided to check it out, unfortunately we didn't see the hype, upon seating ourselves the tables open were sticky with syrup, we waited 20-25 before anyone even acknowledged we were there although people who came in after were greeted right away and drink orders placed, finally they realized we were there and took our drink order. The menu was limited and the food was ok, the man that seemed like the owner seemed nice as we checked out I would say that was the only positive. I honestly can't say that we would go out of our way to go back
Food was fine just happened to get there when they were in a major rush of people and took 40 min to get food. Id like to try it again when not so busy. Worth a try however
Awesome spot for a lunch! Excellent service, the food is amazing and always fresh ! Definitely my go to spot in town !!
