I don't often write reviews but I feel that Sarah Lebond at The Law Practice deserves a mention and a massive thank you for her outstanding work. I had a very traumatic house sale and Sarah was absolutely amazing. She helped me every step of the way. She gave me constant updates and was always on hand via phone or email when ever I needed to contact her. I have used other conveyancing firms previously and have never received such impeccable service as I have received from Sarah. She make you feel like she's a friend, which, when the stress of selling a house takes hold is most welcomed. Her knowledge with property is vast and shows in her excellent work. She is a credit to your company. Her assistant Alexandra was also always on hand and I really can't thank them enough for everything. Highly recommended!
As a Sales Progressor for a large independent estate agents I have dealt with Sarah on many files over many years, and I find her excellent. My role is to track the sale through the conveyancing process, monitor the chain, keep vendors and purchasers updated, and basically do what I can to ensure our sale goes through to exchange and completion. The most important thing in any sale is a decent solicitor, who I can speak to for updates, help out when they need assistance with matters, and generally work together with to get the job done. Sarah gets the conveyancing work done with minimal fuss and maximum efficiency. I deal with a lot of solicitors and Sarah is one of the very few I would use myself. Highly recommended.
Me and my partner recently purchased a house using this firm and we couldn't of been more happy with the service. Our solicitor Sarah Lebond was great from start to finish! She was upfront about fees with no hidden costs. We knew what to expect money wise throughout. She was always available via phone or email, always giving a quick response! Sarah had a few bumps along the way with the other sides solicitors but she continually chased them and kept us informed to ensure it was as quick as possible! She was very patient when I asked silly questions and needed clarification as didn't always understand all the legal terms and lingo! No matter how silly I felt asking she was always willing to answer and never became patronising which I loved! I would definitely recommend Sarah to anyone, she did a fab job for us and definitely offered 5 star service!
