Great hotel with a great rooms, food and service. The lobby and the sit down areas and restaurants are great. Helpful staff and great service.
A walk down about 0.5 mile gets you to some great restaurants and shopping malls
They still haven’t refunded me for a trip I booked in March of 2020. I pre-paid for the room prior to COVID and my trip was cancelled by the airlines BECAUSE OF COVID. The hotel said they have a no refund policy and stopped answering the phone. What type of business does that? Clearly this was an unforeseen circumstance. I would book someplace else.
I will never come back to his hotel if you guys don’t fire Jerald. He is a security guard and was disrespectful when I asked him something outside.
Technically, it's Closed, but... Via certain conditions, which I'll only discuss with those seriously interested and taking initiative, hotel floors are housing individuals shortly
Room & view is spectacular
Ok so I didn't use valet buuuuuuuuut , the hotel is very nice . Could be dusted up a little more ! All in all I'm pretty happy.
Because rite now salvation army is putting me in a room here for 3 months.
This place is used as a homeless temporary stay for homeless people looking to get permanent housing.
