We stayed 1night ,As we where heading to Southampton for our Cruise .The bedroom was very cozy with a nice en-suite .The shower had shampoos and shower gel .The bed was comfy .Tea coffee fresh milk in small fridge and two bottles of water.Phil and Ann are very nice hosts .We slept well in the comfy bed .It was very peaceful with parking on site .The breakfast ,Orange juice ,Cereal with much to choose from .Toast tea ,Fresh fruit and warm Crossiants .We would stay if ever on our way to Southampton .Not often you find a gem of a place .The price was good too .Sandbach is a lovely place .20 mins walk to the town at a Senior citizens pace .A CoOp close by and a fish chip shop .
We had a great stay at Kiwi House with hosts Ann and Phil who are the nicest and most friendly people. The room was comfortable and private, with a lovely comfy bed and a great en-suite. Breakfast was lovely and plenty to choose from. We would definitely stay again to visit family living in Sandbach. Thank you for a great stay.
Ann and Phil are perfect host could not do enough for my husband and I. We went has strangers and left as friends would differently go back again to see them both. Very quiet there and peaceful. Towels shampoo and shower gel there to use, took my own to use but Ann insisted that I use hers and take mine home lol. Tea coffee and sugar making facilities there two. Milk and water in the fridge. Very clean and tidy. Breakfast lovely every morning. Would give them 11 out of 10. David Cameron Kent.
What a lovely find. We booked Kiwi House for New Year’s Eve for a party at a friends house just 5 minutes from the B&B. Ann & Phil are very welcoming, and the room was very cosy with everything you could want and a good sized en-suite. Additional touches such as 2 bottles of water and fresh milk in the small fridge were very thoughtful. We would recommend and will return.

Warm, welcoming hosts and a lovely, cosy room with very well fitted ensuite and everything you need like fridge with fresh milk, tea and coffee. Nothing was too much trouble. I had a delicious and enormous continental breakfast. Thoroughly recommended.
Wonderful accommodation, very clean and comfortable, owners very friendly, private car parking.
Lovely clean room, excellent continental breakfast more than you can eat, would definitely recommend and will definitely go back again.
