Absolutely delicious meal at the Kitchen. The host was lovely and each dish was full of flavour and presented beautifully. Thanks for having us!
Excellent dinner at the Kitchen, good choice of freshly prepared and cooked food, fair prices and very good service too.
We managed, somehow, to get a table for three adults and a toddler just as they opened.
Incredibly accomodating for our family, however be warned there is no children's menu. This suited us fine as our little one doesn't tend to eat kids menu food, fried, so had a normal meal of Hake, veg and potatoes.
The food was incredible!
We only had mains and dessert, however I can highly recommend the Lamb, the ratatouille with it is incredible and I would eat a bucket of it, main. Chocolate delice as a pudding, and God damn that's an awesome dessert! Rich, decadent and incredibly tasty! Don't be fooled by the size!
Staff and chef are amazing don't miss out going here.
Popped in for a quick coffee... Ended up having breakfast, best scrambled eggs I've tasted... Well worth it... Highly recommended
Superb food. Scallops, Hake, Duck Breast. Veg perfectly cooked. Small restaurant ~ 18 covers. Casual atmosphere. Bit dearer than pub food and so worth it. Service on the slow side but food well worth waiting for.
Fantastic restaurant. Highly recommend it. Delicious food and lovely atmosphere. Great menu too. The owners know how to look after their customers well. Would advise to reserve a table as it gets booked up quite quickly.
My Wife and I visited the Kitchen restaurant tonight and had a truly enjoyable evening. The small, cosy restaurant allowed for a bespoke dining experience. The food was outstanding, with the mussels in cider and chorizo sauce a particular highlight. Excellent food and a delightful setting, we will certainly visit The Kitchen restaurant again on our next visit to Polperro
Lovely intimate diner run by very friendly couple that know how to look after their customers and nothing is too much trouble for them.
We had a good chat and a laugh and really enjoyed the food so much. To be honest it was probably the best dinner I have had in some time which makes a lovely change.
Will surely go there again as soon as I can get back to the area again.
