The pizzas were wonderful. The pizza bases were absolutely lovely. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Definitely worth a visit and I look forward to returning.
Lovely pub with great, really great pizza. The pub has been tastefully renovated. It's lost none of its character but feels modern. Excellent beer and friendly, attentive service.
Amazing little find. Lovely atmosphere. Incredibly welcoming and friendly staff. Their bar is really well stocked and they had a couple of lovely local ales. Plus what looked like a great cocktail menu.
Their pizzas though were the stand out. Proper top draw wood fired pizzas. Very tasty.
Would thoroughly recommend to anyone in the area and well worth the drive.
Been wanting to try this place for a while, Josh the pizza chef and his awesome staff certainly made the night with their service and amazing pizzas, beautiful fermented light dough and quality toppings made them the beat we've ate out. Cannot recommend enough 10/10
So over-rated place. Service was not good at all, drinks not up to standard as last year. The personal, family/ community touch to pub has gone, not welcoming. Man in kitchen really rude and could be heard whilst eating. Not to mention the state of dress of kitchen staff and waiting staff. Rushed to finish a meal and then staff bleach and wipe floors around you. Far from a welcoming experience.

Incredibly expensive! You get a pizza and a drink for around £20 per person, extra sides are more. Staff all young and underaged to serve on bar? and main guy kept smoking and leaving tables when needing drinks, very unprofessional and he was very blunt and nasty with our group- he needs some training with manners!
Pizza heaven. Not really a pub as such. Good choice of beer and great service. Visited with friends who all thought the pizza served was a bit special.
