The food was really good I’ll give it a 10/10 the food was fresh and good.However the service was not it!! I came with a family member and child and when we came in today we was able to immediately get seated.After being seated it was a very long wait for the server to come take our orders, even to grab our drinks. after the wait the server kept apologizing for the long wait, she then took our orders and brought our drinks which my family member cup was dirty the server went and got a new drink. We got our food during the process we wasn’t checked on to see how the meal was or if we needed refills, which we did . By the time it was time to pay the serve gave us the receipt and we paid after she handed us the tip receipt pointed at all 3 tips and said “which tip are you going to give me” as she stood over us waiting for us to tip…I have no problem with tipping but for her to say that then say “it’s mandatory because of my service” is strange if she has a problem with her pay she should take that up with a manager or find a new job!
Our first time eating here and we were impressed with the food and service even though we were not able to use our Juicy Crab e-gift card we received for our anniversary.
This was my first time there. We had birthday gathering for a coworker. The food was good for some of the people in the group. Some said the oysters was very salty. Our waitress was very attentive to our group,making sure we had all we needed and the Mrg at the time was very accommodating to have a table for our group.
I was soooo excited to come here only to be let down.
First, the service was okay. He was cool, attentive for the most part and he did his job ya know.
The issue I had was the food. Oommmgggg everything tasted bland. I order fried shrimp, fish and Cole slaw with Cajun fries..mozzarella stick for appetizer…even the mozzarella sticks were bland. If the food had flavor, it would have been on point.
Now…my sister got a boil with corn, potatoes and eggs with Cajun sauce….now that was good…I should have just ordered corn in the juice and ate that lol.
I won’t be back, well not this location anyway :(
Amazing service and excellent food. We headed in and enjoyed a feast meal that was big enough to share between two people. Happy hour runs till eight. Yup, you read that right EIGHT. Our server was incredibly friendly and the place was very clean. Plenty of parking and easy to access. Their menu has a lot to offer and each night had a different special. Sunday and Monday are trivia, Tuesday is kids eat free with adult meal purchase, Thursday is ladies night!! So many choices. You can sit at the bar or table or bench. Loved sitting by the window for the light. Overall: A++
Ordered delivery for my birthday! Everything was great! Even ordered cake! No items missed all exactly as ordered! Great price, Great food! Thanks The Juicy Crab my birthday dinner with the family was a success!
My pregnant friend was in the hospital and sent me here for food. I decided to sit and have a drink while waiting for my order. Li made awesome drinks and provided great customer service. He was very attentive to my questions and gave great food selections for me to try. I'd never been here. There was a lady that got very rude with him for no reason and he still served her as pleasant as possible. I met George, the manager and he's a cool guy. He stopped by the bar area I was sitting at and asked how was the food. He also sent congratulations to my friend in the hospital. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone and go again.
Old management was great, new management is horrible. Tried to order fireball shots that are advertised on the menu, didn’t have it. Ok. Tried to order jaeger shots on the menu and could see the liquor bottle at the bar from our table and they said they didn’t have it. Good luck trying to order anything special if you have allergies. The 4 stars must be from old management. Do not go here, used to love it and will not be coming back. Horrible. Food was ok. Update: bathrooms are absolutely disgusting, this place should be reported.
