The staff are very friendly and I really appreciate how quickly they work through queues out the door at lunchtime even a long queue takes 2/3 minutes to clear and the sandwiches are excellent.
Cakes are fresh and delicious too!
Terrible customer service and products. I bought 2 tarts,they were stale,a brownie and an eclair with white hair in the cream. I went back with the products and the staff was extremely rude,the lady from the kitchen came without any protective equipment and with a rude tone tried stop convince me that is white chocolate. However,after realising that is a hair with a superior tone she asked me what do I want?? A refund or the money back but just for the eclair because I have tried the other cakes.
Best sausage rolls in the area, not too keen on their Cornish Pasties though.
All Jolly Baker shops are amazing. Lovely produce, beautifully presented and staff brilliant. Debbie at Ashford Branch needs a special mention
Very busy in the morning but the ladies are serving very quickly and politely.
Not expensive at all comparing with Pret or Gails and the quality is great.
My almond danish was delicious.

Do you still do the crusty rolls like you did years ago. Moved away but back for a week. If you could let me know please. Honestly they are the best you will ever have, perfect with a bacon roll !!!
