Great little find this lunchtime. Great food, great value and friendly efficient staff. Enjoyed to haggis and cheese panini. Would highly recommend this place. Don't worry about bad review they don't even know how to spell espresso properly lol

A nice wee place in a great location over the river - although you would have to be looking for it to find it, as it's on the other side of the Nith from Dumfries town centre.
It's standard local bistro fare, with undressed, onion-heavy salads on the side - although I can't complain as that, plus coleslaw, was included in the price of the toastie. Prices are reasonable. Service is not the quickest or most attentive but they were very friendly and were happy for me to pay early because I was in a hurry.
It would be a nice place for leisurely drinks with friends on a sunny day.
Seriously poor quality, i had the fish and chips and at nearly £12 it was way over priced the chips looked like they were from the freezer, peas we're overcooked and the fish was poor.
I had the cheesecake which was good and a expresso coffee which was no way an expresso. It's been a long while since I've had a meal this bad.
Had a lovely dinner here tonight, starter was beautiful and as we're main course and dessert in service was also good and what a lovely place would highly recommend here
Went for a family lunch and we had a great time. Lovely service and great food and coffee with a lovely view of the river on a sunny day.
Very tasty food, freshly made, good choice on menu for me that doesn't eat meat, and reasonably priced.
Staff friendly and helpful. Food was fantastic. Had a chicken wrap with salad and coleslaw and garlic mayo. ????
