Used to come here all the time when Dre worked here. Ever since she left, service sucks but we still frequented the place. Last time we were here the server/bartender attempted to charge us for drinks we never ordered. When confronting her she said “I’m the sober one not you” and tried to lie to my fiancé and say I ordered drinks on our tab and gave them to someone else. Yeah, never coming back after that disgusting behavior. Guess I’ll just go to snookers instead, the tables are much better anyways????????♀️
This place is awesome. I love to play pool and the employees here are very welcoming. All the places I have been too I'm willing to call this place home due to the welcoming environment, good food, and drinks. If you have the opportunity to visit this place. I can guarantee you won't regret it.
Over all fun spot. Not always busy, when we go always able to grab a table. The wait staff is friendly, and stay on top of making sure you are good. Will continue to stop in
Use to go here all the time. Easily spend $150-$300 each trip. The bartender tried to slide extra drinks and shots onto my bill I noticed it and she said “ I’m sober and you aren’t and you’ve been here here for hours so who’s write” well I broke down exactly how many drinks and exactly how long I was there and she just rolled her eyes until she talked to the other bartender and realized they were caught. Plus they wrote the amount for the table on the top of the bill instead of adding it to the actual receipt, pretty normal for internal theft!!!
Still never apologized and just said “ oh here those are on us for those extra drinks “
I will never return and suggest everyone to go to another establishment such as snookers or at the least to double check your bills and keep track of your purchases through the time there!!!!!
Just recently started coming here to practice/ learn how to play. Tables are level and kept up! Everyone is super friendly, food is on point, and the security is great!
Fun place! Bar food is pretty good and reasonably priced. Wait staff was attentive and personable. The pool tables could use refelting and it looks like their was some water damage to the lower part of the walls that could use some attention. Overall, we had a really great evening.
Super clean, great hostess/service. Appetizers are fresh and hot. Pool tables are maintained and cues are solid. Really enjoyed myself.
Good food. Lots of pool tables. Definitely need some upgrades but a good place to hang with friends.Drink prices are reasonable as well. They sure do got a good burger! With the option to order food at the Italian restaurant next door!
