The owner DRAGON IG I didn’t even get his name was VERY childish I went with my sister and my mom and he didn’t greet us when we came in just stared at us. He kept trying to be funny wouldn’t really answer questions about the piercing we wanted to get. Kept making weird inappropriate comments with my little sister in the room and kept saying “she’s grown now because she’s in a tattoo shop. He had a dog in there that stink bad. My biggest problem is when he was piercing my tongue once again he was being super childish and pulled my tongue so hard my frenulum popped. I was in pain and not once did he apologize. He just said I needed to keep my tongue still . I would never EVER go here again and wouldn’t recommend anyone else. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
Dragons shop was clean, had a friendly pooch and did a great job on my tattoo, 11/10 will be back. Great work from this shop

Best tattoo shop in town. the apprentice tattoo artist work is way better then any other tattoo artist in tattoo that’s had years in the business and Iv been thru most in town.
I loved my time at The Ink Lounge NoDa! Dragon (the owner) is wonderfully talented. He runs a super clean and professional shop. The vibe is very chill and relaxing.
My family and I came through with a rough idea of what we wanted for our family tatt. Dragon took our idea and drew us up an original rendering that was beautiful and just what we wanted. When we all agreed, and my 18 yr old, my husband, and I got inked. He did a great job! It was my very first tattoo and it was a much better experience then I could have imagined it.
Both Dragon and Taz_Toon are great talents in their own right. From tattoos to body piercings I highly recommend The Ink Lounge NoDa to anyone looking to get some work done in the Charlotte, NC. area.
I went there because a friend recommended it to me and honestly. I highly recommend going there! I went there to get a silicone stud removed from my nose since I was struggling to do so on my own and brought my own hoop. The owner, Dragon, was the one to do the simple switch. It was quick and painless, not to mention he didn't charge anything for it! I feel bad about not tipping, though, but it was one of the few moments I didn't have cash on me. I'd definitely go back.
