Have been thinking about buying a new car and after reading reviews of Hughes i wasnt disappointed in making them my dealer of choice. Very welcoming from the minute i walked through the door.
Ian walked me through my options and choices with patience so i ordered the car i wanted.
Jeffrey talked me through the functions of my A Class when i collected it and i drove away a very happy customer.
My buying experience was faultless and easy and i would recommend Hughes to anyone that asks.
I have no doubt that the after sales service will live up to what i have seen so far.
I started using Hughes at Beaconsfield about seven years ago, originally due to proximity to work, but in recent years just because I have found their service to be the very best I've encountered from any dealership. I now make a 50 mile round-trip to go there.
To put context to my five star review; 'I've bought 3 cars (new and used), had crash repairs undertaken and had at least a dozen services carried out on my cars. The service on every occasion has been exemplary.
I can't recommend them highly enough and the fact I travel so far to continue to be a Hughes customer is testament to that.
We recently purchased a nearly new A200 from Jason McKay at Hughes of Beaconsfield.
He was really helpful and knowledgeable. He kept us informed throughout the process and created a ‘wow’ factor with the handover in the showroom.
We will definitely recommend him to anyone we know looking for a Mercedes.
I went to Hughes on a recommendation and was looked after by Stewart Jackson (New Cars) i couldnt have been happier. He kept me up to speed on what was happening, he knew i would be leaving the country shortly and pulled out all the stops to get the car earlier. Hand over of my car was very good and something i had not experienced with any other dealer. I wouldnt have any hesitation in recommending Stewart or Hughes to anyone looking for a new car.
Recently purchased a Mercedes GLC Coupe from Hughes. Excellent service from all the staff, especially our sales person, Stewart Jackson. Made the whole process as easy & stress free as possible, answered all our questions and kept in contact throughout to let us know what was happening.
Having my Jeep breakdown and delivered to Hughes Brandon and the Service team ran a thorough diagnostics test and relayed it to me providing a precise assessment and likely cost. Deciding that I would upgrade to a newer model Richard Feather was brilliant in assisting me to select the suitable vehicle and was a helpful and knowledgable guide throughout the purchase...I’m now a proud owner of another Jeep ... roll on more carefree miles.
