Das Personal ist freundlich und speditiv. Die Einrichtung erscheint etwas unbeholfen und ohne Konzept. Ein riesiger Tisch direkt neben der Theke wirkt wenig einladend und drängt die restlichen Plätze an den Rand des sonst gemütlichen Lokales.
Der Kaffee ist ok, leider mit UHT Milch anstatt frischer Milch, ein riesen Downgrade! Da kann die Bohne noch so gut sein, UHT Milch für Capuccini und Co. ist eine Bildungslücke! Schade.

Super Kaffee ????
we stayed in Saas-Fee for about a week, and during this time The House Coffee has become our usual place for a cup of flat white after a tiring (but enjoyable!) day of skiing).
firstly, the atmosphere is amazing. the cafe has high ceilings and two floors. it’s lit by sunlight and filled with plants, creating a cozy and welcoming environment.
the service was great! the owner and other staff are really lovely and working very hard to provide the best experience to the customers.
most importantly, we really enjoyed the coffee. we chose to try both the traditional and the floral coffee beans and preferred the latter for our flat whites. the beans were citrusy, zingy and bright, making a cup extremely enjoyable.
finally, THERE IS A CAT. the ginger Norwegian forest cat is also a frequent visitor in the house, and it’s just as sweet as its owner! if you’re lucky, you might encounter both of them in the cafe!!
overall, if you’re in Sara’s-Fee and you’re missing your specialty coffee — look no further, this is a lovely place to visit :)
Super Kaffee ????
We were unsatisfied with the coffee we ordered (Flat White) - way too bitter for a speciality coffee shop and the milk steaming wasn’t very good.
However, the atmosphere was great and there were comfortable sofas and warm lights. The place has chairs outside and two floors. They even have table games such as chess.
