Ah, the fried pimento cheese bites....positively the best thing I've ever eaten! The chicken is excellent! The collard greens are just ok, and the fried apple pie looks better than it tastes. It was a bit bland and greasy. I got a bowl of chicken and rice soup to go. It was good enough, but the portion wasn't worth the almost 11 dollars I paid for it. I do recommend The Hot Chik because the chicken and pimento cheese balls far outweigh the mediocre sides. I look forward to trying other items on their menu in the future.
So good! We both got the chicken sandwich. I got mild sauce and he got medium. Mild has a good kick and was just right. I’m glad the sauce comes on the side so you can add the amount you want. The coleslaw on the sandwich was fresh and homemade. The coleslaw had slices of apple, it was a sweet slaw and really good! The okra wasn’t soggy or overly crunchy, the fries were crunchy yet soft on the inside. I highly recommend this place.
To be honest they made a lot of mistakes which is understandable since they were only open a week when we went. You can sit down to eat but you have to order at the counter which was kind of weird. The bread came untoasted which was also weird for me. The green beans had a really weird taste. The rotisserie chicken had no flavor. My son said the slaw was good. My daughter's chicken sandwich had a lot of gristles, And the livers were mushy but good, but again I hope they work out all these kinks. I don't think we will be back but if so I will update my review then. Since owner wants what mistakes were made that was I said no sauce on livers which was not done, daughter's chicken sandwich was supposed to be plain no pickle no slaw no sauce came out with all 3, son's sandwich was supposed to be no slaw and no pickle with Nashville sauce came out with all 3. I understand you want to stand up for your restaurant but some of the replies you are posting are very rude and will not get customers back to your establishment. Who calls their customer salty?
The food was absolutely amazing! The seasoning on the green beans was different, but in a good way. The seasoning gave the green beans more flavor.
The staff was very pleasant and made sure to repeat my order back while taking my order and after the order was completed to make sure it was correct.
I will definitely be back
It was ok, I got the rotisserie chicken which was dry, my wife got the chicken sandwich which she said was dry as well. The green beans were plain nothing special and collards about the same. The Mac’n cheese was “yummy” per my little girl. I was really hoping the bbq sauce would add some flavor but the sauce had a heavy taste of chili powder and Cheyenne pepper and added little to the meal. Overall it was just ok. I’ll probably try it again at some point just to see if this experience was a fluke but it won’t be soon. I will credit them that the staff was courteous and wait time was average.
I'm going to start off with that this place is good and different from what we have here in town. I see a lot of reviews talking about the food took a while, staff was rude, and their order was wrong. Speaking for us... the food came out in less than 10 minutes, the staff was very nice, and food was great and correct (especially the mini honey buttered biscuits and fried okra). If you are thinking about going, ignore the negative and rude comments and try it out! (there's always those people who expect perfection when a business hasn't even been opened a week)

I thoroughly enjoyed the Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich and collard greens. I took my wife the 3 piece fish and a coworker the Rotisserie Chicken Sandwich. We were all happy. A bit of a line at lunch but that’s to be expected since it’s brand new. I will be back!
I read the reviews and I would suggest trying it for yourself and I do not work there. Not sure whete those others ate at, but we wanted to try the new hot spot in town just like everyone in Warner Robins.. Our food came out fresh and hot. Loved Loved the adult milkshakes we ordered and the food we ordered was delicious...The food runner brought us our food and asked if there was anything else I needed. He quickly brought me extra tarter sauce for my fish dinner and was very helpful. We will definitely be back there and the price of food was what we expected to pay.
