The smoked barbecue Pizza ???? was awesome an decent selection of beers. Two places to eat in Hartsel an the pizza is better option.
I love pizza and have eaten it around the world. This place has the best thin crust pizza I have ever tasted. The smoked motz is amazing!!! You will not be disappointed. An added bonus the the peeps behind the counter are super friendly! I would drive a couple hundred miles to eat here!

This place was incredible! We were biking through and a storm was coming so we stopped in, had an amazing pizza with the best crust I ever had. We also needed water to refill our supply and they gave us water bottles. We stayed in for a while for the storm to pass and the staff was so friendly and kind. Mandatory stop if in Hartsel Colorado!
Pizza this good doesn’t belong this far away from anywhere easy to access. There is no way you don’t stop in here and don’t feel good after eating something Charlie cooked. Stop in, spend a couple hours, great after a day in the mountains. He’s got a window set for outdoor eating. I can’t ask for anymore. If you’ve got any thoughts just ask the owner. He’s all over it. He will make sure you have a good meal.
Great atmosphere, friendly, absolutely unique, and amazing handmade pizza with local ingredients. Crust was tender and delicious. We wish we could have tried the bbq but no room. Good selection of beers and very generous staff. We will be back.
Made our first visit to HOP....Charlie was so accommodating along with his staff. We were able to sample the Elk Jalapeno Brats...smoked chicken wings....all excellent. Now for the pizza and loaded salad.....all over the top! We will be returning! Haven't been able to give a 5 star review in a long time and the HOP definitely earned this one!
