First time here and it was wonderful! Our bartender Angel was an entertainment for sure!
The drinks were PERFECTLY balanced and the meals were way better than anticipated!
Come on down and get yourself a few drinks; you can even have a show while you're at it!

A nice atmosphere to be in. The food unfortunately was a very low quality. The spinach side dish was completely rotten but cooked. The salads were slimy with rot. I would say this would be a high end "McDonald's"
I would return for the atmosphere, the bar and club, but not for a meal.
Dont recommend ordering food here unless its chips or fries. I never saw someone eat more than half of their plate. In my picture was all the non edible chicken so chewy and hard not fit for consumption. Menu prices appear differently on the check. I had to show the bartender that the menu showed the food was cheaper than it was on the check. I saw a review for this place that said the same thing about the prices. Very insulted. Also crack heads coming in off the street left and right. Bartender had to keep shooing them out.
Waitress was very nice. The food was excellent. Wasn't expecting it to be as good as it was. This place is a hidden gem.
Nachos were stale and greasy with hardly any toppings. I ate some and didn't send them back out fear of them messing with my food- employees looked like they would. Beer wasn't cold enough. Place needs to improve. It's actually a nice set up, but lacking sanitation, and has poor quality food. The owner needs to step up. It's embarrassing. Listen to the damn reviews. They are correct.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE -
I’ve never been here, took a look at the menu and thought I was holding out.
Ordered steak and Alfredo. Arrived at 9:36 when my order should have been ready at 9:22.
They never had my order. The bartender was extremely sorry and nice. However, I waited an additional 40 minutes for my order. I am running late for work now went to take a few bites before getting ready and the pasta is over cooked, chicken is in huge chunks and sauce is cold (confusing since this was just made).
The steak was under cooked when I ordered it medium, everything was clearly thrown together. It seems as if a 12 year old cooked everything. I am so disgusted that even the mash potatoes taste gross when I’m sure they are fine. The whole experience just put a sour taste in my mouth so I can’t even attempt to take another bite.
I will never come here and will never recommend anyone come here.
Also patrons left because there was no one there to serve drinks. The maintenance guy is brought out my food complaining about how understaffed they are.
I’m thoroughly upset and disgusted. I’ve never wasted $50 like this before.
I’d rather buy a $50 scratch off and lose.
Huge plate of nachos but half the chips were stale. Little to no cheese on it. Fish tacos were good but fries that came with were not cooked in the center (never had that experience before). Pesto flat bread was loaded with cheese and oil, very greasy. As soon as the food arrived there were 5 gnats surrounding us and our food.
When I walked in and the place was empty and kitchen was dead I kind of wondered if we should go elsewhere. Honestly with it being a chain I thought it would at least meet some standards.
Shout out to The Hook and Ladder! We celebrated my moms birthday here last weekend. The back room was the perfect space! Our host was attentive and personable, even as we ran him ragged. The food was fantastic, well presented and fresh. Everyone had a great time. Thanks for helping us celebrate ???? H&L!
