we ordered 2 boneless chicken meals we waited 1,30h that's what we got absolutely terrible experience never coming again
The chicken was really nice and so were the sides, they did forget the Coke that came with the order. The 2 stars are because I rang them up to say about it and they said it had been left in the delivery car but when I called them back after 30mins even though I live 5mins away by foot they said 1 minute and it did but the delivery driver lied to my face and said they had missed my first call even though he apologised on the phone for the long wait.

how can you open a restaurant even though you mess every single order up waited 2h terrible so bad never had such a terrible experience at a restaurant it was so bad i don't have words to explain it terrible
Placed order online so it would be ready to collect when we arrived. It wasn't and they had missed the order. Drinks were the wrong ones and part of the order was missing. Chicken was nothing special- frozen and refried- I could have bought this and cooked it at home and it be better. We probably won't be going back. Thanks but no thanks.
Just ordered from here and the food was Amazing, the wraps are huge, plenty for 2 people to share, the chicken was succulent and very tasty. Everything was piping hot and the delivery was only half a hour. Always perfect every time, thank you
food was really garlic-y, the chicken was all dry, we were told our food would take an hour - it’s took 3. they shut off the phone lines because they were too busy but they should’ve left it on for people like us to ask and they could just say sorry we’re not taking anymore orders at the moment. do not recommend.
Ordered twice and will do tonight.amazing food. Once got the order wrong but corrected straight away. Great service
Complained as paid for items that did not arrive, afterwards we were plagued with offensive and threatening calls all of which I have recorded, food was just as disgusting as the customer service, please feel free to contact if you would like a copy of the extremely rude and menacing calls we had, avoid at all costs!!
