The owner is very personable and really wants to make the time you spend there a great experience. Also, they have a wide variety of drinks options.
Great group of people working there who promote healthy living! I usually get the dirty shakes with 36g of protein. It’s always delicious! They have an awesome selection of energy teas, shakes, and a bunch more.
Although all of their protein shakes look good, they lack taste and desirable texture. The texture is very goopy kind of like cake batter, and I got the dirty Oreo and it is lacking the very thing that is in its name — Oreo! It had Oreo on top but the rest of it had nothing which was very interesting. My husband got a keto friendly shake and he said it is gross with how goopy it is (see photo of the batter literally sticking to the wall of the cup), and it does not have a great taste at all. Overall I don’t think we will be returning here anytime soon.
If you respect your own body you shouldn’t order anything from here.
Everything of the menu is powders that they mix with water. The staff don’t know whats in the powders, so not for those who wants to avoid certain ingredients.
I highly recommend to get a smoothie elsewhere - where they have fresh ingredients. We left our shakes behind and went straight for Planet Smoothie where they make shakes with real fruits instead.
I would kill for any of the products in this store. Teas are god-sent, shakes are beautiful looking and tasting, the healthy snacks they hand make and provide are delicious and make you feel energized like everything else they sell. The staff are wonderful people and I would go bankrupt by spending all my money here if I didn't have to worry about feeding myself on a daily basis. 100% would and do recommend to all of my friends. I come here all the time and always have a great experience with the many wonderful and helpful staff. I'm always trying something new, weather it be on the menu or a surprise concoction. Amazing shop!

To name this place “healthy,” anything is an affront to anyone with an interest in health or a modicum of understanding of basic nutrition. 100s of menu items and not a single whole food item or fresh fruit/veg in the shop. Everything is a prepackaged powder to which they simply add water.
Further, the staff failed to differentiate between gluten and dairy, demonstrating their lack of knowledge or even care for their customers. They couldn’t be bothered to read their own ingredients.
Walking in here felt like leaving reality and into the film “Idiocracy.”
It’s a front for the MLM Herbalife.
Finally, I’m suspect of all the good reviews here. I’m guessing friends of friends and others sucked in by this pyramid scheme scam.
Stay away.
The shakes are amazing and the customer service is always top notch. I highly recommend this place for a yummy healthy option ????
