My GO TO place for fried cod. The waitresses are very on top of things with orders and drink refills.
EDIT: Visited again and had the nicest waitress and bus boy, John. Very good dinner. The carrot cake was delicious!
The Haven has been around for decades. A staple in the area. Great food, everything from sandwiches to full entree meals. Great for casual dining, groups and watching your favorite team on their TVs. Bucket of beer and wings, amazing soups, etc. Their roasted red pepper soup is top notch. Staff is amazing and always upbeat. Only down is it can be chilly, so make sure you are dressed warm. Not unusual to see some enjoying their meals with their knit hats on. Street parking.
Went Saturday when they first open with my mom. Never been here. Was a nice atmosphere people at the bar and other people/families sitting at the tables. Wait times were a little long for the food. Server was very nice and got everything perfect. Food was sooooo good!!! And it was plentiful I had some to take home to eat later on. Great place to go. Will definitely be back.
Consistent and tasty food and a fun pub atmosphere make this a great neighborhood bar-restaurant to frequent for a great meal or a few pints while watching the game! Nice variety of options make this a great place to bring your eclectic crew.
Food was good portion size, service and atmosphere were nice (pub-style). I especially enjoyed the French onion soup. Chicken was a bit dry. Carrot cake was great.
First time visit. Saw the excellent ratings on Google maps and we were super close and hungry, so we turned around and found a place to park. Sat right away. Friendly host and waitress. Drinks stayed full, foods came out promptly and tasted great. I will gladly return if I’m in the area.
Nikki our server was very pleasent. Service was quick and had the open face roast beef sandwich and the crinkle cut fries. Tasted great.
Very nice, cozy neighborhood bar. Everybody is friendly, Nikki our server was very nice, as was Molly our bartender. Would be here all the time if lived closer. Great atmosphere. French onion soup was awesome. Wife very much liked the hill salad. Will he back to try more menu items.
