It was a great experience from beginning to end. First we were greeted and seated with a warm welcome from Olive. After being seated, my family and I was cared for by Hannah! Hannah’s attentiveness was top notch. She was very knowledgeable about the menu.
Great little happy accident. We were walking downtown looking for another place and came across the hatch. Food and service impeccable. Nice outside seating area right by the market. Justine was out waitress and she was great thank you.
My husband and I first time at The Hatch and it was great! We were greeted with smiles and the staff were awesome as well. We recommend trying out The Hatch if you’re looking for delicious food with a good atmosphere, and wonderful service. Our waiter Charles was awesome!
Had a great dinner here while visiting this week. Rachel, our server, was outstanding and went over and above for us. Chicken and Waffles with Bourbon Maple Syrup was phenomenal. My wife (the true Southern) loved the shrimp-and-grits and the mac-n-cheese was the real deal. We are coming back next time we are in town.
Stopped in for a quick appetizer (hush puppies) and house salad. Both were very good. I saw some of the plates that came to other tables and I wished I had more time to eat. Almost everyone had to go boxes because the portions were very generous. From comments I heard I will be back to try either the fried chicken or bbq ribs. I also heard the mac & cheese was awesome! I will update this post as soon as I have a chance to go back.
The food was delicious!! I definitely recommend this place. Will be coming back !! Drove all the way from New Jersey and the drive was worth it ???? Our server Maira was so sweet and funny.
The food was AMAMZING! We didn't have to wait long for our food at all. We sat outside on the patio area and it was a wonderful experience. Skylar was such a WONDERFUL waitress! She was so helpful with all of our questions that we had! She made our whole experience here even better
she was very friendly & helpful. I will definitely be coming back & telling people about my experience here.
On a day trip, first time visiting Roanoke! This place caught my eye! The menu is full of different many different options; and absolutely LOVE that you can turn any sandwich into a wrap! The atmosphere was lovely! Our server Xelyna was amazing, friendly and extremely attentive! Definitely recommend & will be back in the future!
