I called them today and the man on the phone hang up on me. A called again several times until someone answered the call and I asked why they hang up the phone and they said it’s because they are busy and do not have time to speak to new consumers.
My BMW was showing an engine malfunction warning light. I had read the good reviews of this company, which happened to be convenient to where I lived, compared to the BMW garage. Michael and his team of mechanics worked on my car, eliminating all the issues which had developed in the engine explaining thoroughly the work they had done. My car's engine is now working well, and the cost of all the work was reasonably priced compared with what I would have expected to pay at a BMW garage. I thoroughly recommend this garage.
Just replaced our family car and our 'new' second-hand BMW was due a service according to the service book. Didn't want the expense of taking it to the local dealer and fancied going somewhere where I could just drop the car off and walk back home. I pass this garage everyday and read a few favourable reviews for it so decided to book it in just before Christmas.
I dropped the car off at 8am and picked it up at 5pm. The young lad, who I assumed was the owner, took me into the office and explained everything they'd done and why they'd done it, what needed doing in future and why. He went through the very reasonably-priced bill explaning everything, something I don't recall ever happening before in over 30 years of motoring. I'll be going back in six months or so to get the work done and I can and will, confidently recommend them to anyone in the area.

I have been going here for 5 years now. Michael explains all the work that has been carried out and always phones if the work is going to cost more than expected. I like the friendly service and the human element - he doesn't speak down to you and explains everything in plain English.

excellent service, they called before doing the works needed for my MOT and when i turned up to pick up car they even showed me the parts they had to replace. Simple things like that are keeping me as a customer, taking car there for service next month.
Working in the Dundee area my car was due its MOT by the end of the week. I called Harbour Auto Centre (HAC) on the Monday and booked in for the Tuesday. Dropped off the car in the morning (conveniently before 8am) and picked it up, again conveniently at 6pm in the evening. Car needed some work which HAC did quickly and at a very reasonable cost. As with other reviewers, Michael (owner?) took me through the work done and the advisories thoroughly. Overall I was extremely impressed by the customer service and value for money. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending Harbour Auto Centre to you.
Fitted me in at very short notice when I was not able to use my car. Always friendly and quick service. Would highly recommended
