Would leave negative feedback if I could .ordered for lunch the mixed kebab meal with separate pitta chips onion rings and a bottle of drink plus 2 sauces. Chips and onion rings cold sauce unreal supposed to be chilli but not . Can not bottle of pop as stated kebab was also tepid and just lamb diner not mixed as stated pitta was with meat not separate plus blue plastic in kebab. Called to ask for re delivery still waiting after an hour dreadful !!
Service was brilliant. But chips were over cooked, soggy and cold, sausage was rock solid. Otherwise service was brilliant and the gentleman I spoke to on phone was very helpful.
Ordered when only 10 minutes away. Food took well over and hour. Everything showed up cold and most of our items were wrong. Chips were raw and freezing cold. Payed for large wrap and cheesy chips but received a small for both. All 4 drinks arrived wrong. Payed almost £50 just hoping for some half decent food and we’re thoroughly disappointed. Also only a 2 on their hygiene rating. Would not waste your money
Officially the end of happy fryer. Since they've "renovated" this place has gone dramatically downhill and I'm getting the vibe they don't event want the business. I've just had the most undercooked chips I've ever had in my life and somehow the chicken nuggets were chewy. It's a shame as we were regulars of this place ordering every other week. Unfortunately this is the end.
Good & very polite staff.. Had every sauce we requested.. Good portion size and the price was very reasonable.. for a large Cod & chips £5.20 very good .
Slow service, they seem to prioritse uber eats and just eats over customers who walk in. Waited nearly 20 minutes for a portion of chips. Castle Street you wouldn't be waiting no longer than 10 minutes.
