Ordered from this restaurant May 22, 2024 around 9a. The staff were very polite and my food was great. Nice, fresh and well made. My complaint is about the manager. He paraded around talking to the staff as if they were children. Correcting their job performance and appearance in front of me and other guest very loudly in the open. Not behind the restaurant but leaning over the glass from the outside. Then he pulled one of the ladies from the back into the hall talking to her as if she was a child explaining how to use a cart loudly. The workers have a ton of patients, professionalism and restraint. I would have been fired.
Looks like a hit or miss experience from the other reviewers. Happy to report that my experience was a hit. Beautifully plated Cobb salad and Italian fries.
While the salad was good, I had to sell a kidney to pay for a small pour of wine.
The phone menu was annoying, even if I’m a tech guru. Seats are not comfortable.
An expensive mediocre experience.
It was a pretty bad experience. i ordered from a kiosk at a nearby gate. The food took 35 minutes. The girl who delivered them was nice an apologetic. The food was VERY mediocre. I expect it to be overpriced but to be so bland is kind of wild. The caesar salad add on was nice but it was just salad nothing special, it was just so much better than the pasta. They ran out of penne pasta and gave spaghetti which was also weird. I wouldn't order again, you should either.
I was going to give this lady a much larger tip than what she stole from me. Wouldn't let me pay with my phone, she wanted a card and didn't let me select the tip. I had to ask to see the total. I told her I wanted to select the tip and she just said sorry. Watch yourselves.
We should have read the other reviews before ordering from here. Extremely overpriced. We ordered kids chicken fingers and one beer which came to $36, one hour before boarding our flight. Even an hour later the food was not delivered to out seat. The guy at the counter was very rude. He refused to cancel the order, provide a refund or hand over the food to me. Ultimately we had to board without out food at We paid for.
Was at the airport terminal. Had the eggplant parmesan and I can say the best ever I had ever had anywhere. I recommend it to everyone. It's a cute place with delicious food.
This is the $15 chopped salad. Had 2 olives chopped up, a couple cucumbers, tomatoes, and onion…but mainly a pile of lettuce. Half of it was wilted. We also ordered a meatball parmesan sub that was mainly all bread. Don’t waste your money - go to Wendy’s down the hall. Even if you don’t eat fast food, it will be better than this place!
