Ok- so if you are new in the area and you need some help settling in- this group of people are the BEST! Its not too slow and not to crowded- GET THE CHEESEBURGER WITH FRIES!!! OMG! Absolute the BESTEST EVER! The customers are great and the staff is outstanding. It doesn’t matter whether you want to drink some spirits or just chill out and catch the game- everyone makes you feel welcomed. Can’t wait to bring my parents when they visit. Make sure you go at least once to one of their “Cook-Off” contests! I promise you will make it a point to go again. This place is tucked away on Hwy 22 in Maurepas, Louisiana. Its a perfect hidden gem! Take a drive from wherever you are and make it a stop along your drive. You will be glad you stopped! Say “Hello” to D- the owner while you are there. Super nice guy!
Not a club person but the food looks good and there are always band playing. They have a nice parking lot and a great dance floor with many tables. Almost a city pub but with a country flare. Did I mention the food is yummy. I only gave 4 stars because I am not a pub or bar fan but it is a nice place e with a county atmosphere.
It's the quiet little neighborhood bar, where everyone knows your name, the wife and kids names, your drink, asks how "your mom and them are doing?" and always have a smile!
