Great location and price. We parked here for the Cleveland Browns game. Was easy to get to and from. Clean even thought they are doing updates. Friendly staff at the gate as well. We park here everytime we come to the city for a game.
What a dump. The only reason it gets a star is for the cheap price of $5 for daily parking, which is great for downtown. That’s where the positives end. The structure itself is nasty. Holes in the concrete (some allow you to see the parking deck below). Rusty beams everywhere, which creates run off during wet weather with gets on your car and stains it. Oh, and I’ve seen large pieces of concrete which had fallen into a vacant parking place which wasn’t cordoned off. It’s dark, musty, and to be honest, this building needs completely leveled and rebuilt. Elevators work occasionally, the credit card machine works occasionally, and the stairwells are in the same shape as the rest of the building. The steps are concrete and are crumbling. If you like to gamble and save money, park here. I’d rather save a dollar and park in the lot next to Noble Beast brewing and walk a few blocks more.
Parked here as a downtown resident for ~6 months. It is minimally maintained and support for issues is slow. Safety is not a concern - garage administration left the main gates open during non-peak hours for months, did not lock doors as advertised during non-peak hours, and occasionally did not have working overhead lights. Made them aware of these issues promptly and numerous times and they didn’t have any interest in fixing them. Left when my car was broken into. Do not recommend if you’re concerned about your safety or your property; there are better 24/7 garages downtown for cheaper.
I have a monthly pass, eat to get into. Pass is quick to setup and start using. If you are not interested in monthly pass, it is $5 a day to park, special events are more. They are doing some construction to improve the location hence why only 4* this time.
Monthly is fairly reasonable, especially with discount if you can get a bunch of your coworkers to park there as well. Place needs some real work - quite dark, stripes are way faded, shabby, don't know about security, but it's Cleveland. Also, weird thing, when exiting, although the gate goes up, you still have to scan out else your card won't work in the morning. Sometimes even when you do scan out, it doesn't and you have to call.
The garage is very poorly maintained, and cleaned very infrequently, if at all. Forget about them salting the entry / exit ramp in the winter. Be prepared to play Tokyo Drift when entering and exiting.
The gates don't always work. The ceiling drips toxic waste. The floors and ceilings are crumbling. The stairs smell like urine.
Well it's just a garage. As good as a parking garage will get
