I had an appointment on November 1st, at 11am. No one was around to cut my daughter's hair. She never called to let me know she wouldn't be there. Never apologized for not showing up. Very bad first impression.
Very disappointed. Had made appointment for 3pm yesterday for myself and two daughters. Got there about 2:41 went in and asked if they were running on time or early. Was told they would be right on time at 3pm. Went back to vehicle and waited till 259. Went inside and sat down in waiting area. The hair stylist was working on a teens hair curling it until several minutes after 3pm. Then the lady that was with the young teen gets in the chair and the stylist starts working on her extensions. We continued to wait until 315. No acknowledgement we were even there from the stylist. Nothing. (altho the nail artist was nice and did great us) Shortly after that we left. Very disappointed. Picked this place based on reviews but there was no customer service at all. If you were running late just say something or acknowledge we were even there. Kinda seemed like the 2nd person wasnt on schedule but was a friend or something that jumped in to get extensions done. Very unprofessional. After driving 25 + min one way just to be snubbed and still don't have out hair cut.
10/10!! I wanted highlights and didn’t get what I expected…I got so much better! The overall experience was amazing. Definitely would go again.

This lady has to be the single most awesome stylist I've met in the middle of nowhere Wisconsin since I moved here. She is talkative she is funny and has no problem hanging with the boys. Definitely a place the laid-back atmosphere where everyone feels welcome even if you've never been there before. Very cool woman, easy to find, and very laid-back. Definitely would recommend this to anyone.
