If I could give a no star I would. I went there because I had been there before. But things have changed. Do not go there! I had my hair done by Maricela. I had blonde hair when I went in and just wanted a few low lights. Half way through I asked her if my hair was too dark. She said no. I reminded her that I liked the blonde I came in with. Then we went to the sink to wash with purple shampoo and some guy off the street without an appointment walks in. She cut his hair and left me there for 40 minutes. The guy said hey is that lady ok? You could come back to me. She said oh she’s fine! She didn’t even ask me how I was. My neck was sore. Once she came back to me it was way too dark. Next day I text her and no response. Then I showed up and she was doing someone else’s hair. She indicated she has no time to do anything for me. I called the owner and she gave me someone else’s number. Save yourself some unnecessary drama. There is a reason the others left and didn’t take her with them. I hesitated to post this, but I feel people need to be aware.
On Saturdays this place closes early although it is advertised they close at 6 pm. Make sure you arrive at least one hour (just for a hair cut) before 3:00 pm otherwise you will be turned away. I arrived at 2:30 pm and I was told it was too late. It seems people there do not want to do their job. I understand they also have a life but in the business industry is important to have a good reputation and if you do not want to work on weekends just do not open. They claim "walk- is are welcomed" but that is not the case. It is incredible how customers and their money are not appreciated in this hard times especially for businesses.
I get mine and my boys haircut here. Nora cuts our hair. Been going to her for over 15 years. She does great haircuts for $15. So call and make an appointment with Nora.
I dont have much money and I been to a couple places n people want to charge 30 or more for jus reg French tip nails. I am a cashier and a co worker told me she gets her nails done here n to get them done by kim so I thought I give it a shot and at 25.00. N since I have got them done 1st time I have e gotten a compliment from a customer where I didn't when I got my nails done at venus nails in Atwater by savemart. That place is awful. They dont talk to you so ur sitting there feeling awkward n bored. If u get the guy who does nails he will b pushy n practically hurt u. She at least talks to u. N when she does the nails she does a extra step where the venus place didnt. I highly recommend this place
Thank u Angie you are the best. I highly recommend this place .. U always make me beautiful .. Fast service in and out very friendly makes feel like Im at home.. I wouldnt go any where else this is the best place in town. Angie is my go to hair stylists.. Has all ur hair products you need as well as flat irons love this place.
I love the way they did my hair. Hairdressers are professional and nice. They do a really good job.
Kim that did my pedicure was very professional and took her time.AWESOME Service!!!
Booked an appt online & when I called to confirm they couldn't find me...what a joke.
