I have not been to a salon in years so I didn’t know where to go. I searched for salons online and read reviews. After searching for about a week I kept coming back to The Hair Lounge so I made an appointment. Ms Nicky, and her assistant waited on me and they made me feel very comfortable. Everyone was very welcoming. My hair was severely damaged and I asked her to buzz it off and color but Ms Nicky said she was going to make my hair look good without buzzing it and she didn’t disappoint… I love my hair and I now have a new hairdresser..
My daughter was a walk-in needing help. Lol. Although it is a busy time of year for the manager, another two stylist was able to accommodate us. They were very friendly. My daughter was pleased with her perm & fingers waves. We will be seeing them again real soon!
Very unprofessional. Wish I could give zero stars. I don’t know who be rating these places, probably the people who own these places. I was never greeted. Not even a simple hello. After about 25 minutes of sitting I went up to one of the stylists and asked did she know the person who was supposed to be doing my hair. She said he didn’t get in yet, that was my que to get the hell out.
The staff there is very friendly. Not catty or talkative! They get the job done! Shaquran started my locs almost three years ago. Today, they are beautiful and already hanging past my shoulders. I've never had a problem getting a last minute appointment or seen when scheduled. This place is the BOMB!!!
My hairstylist Tia did my hair so nice a couple weeks ago,she is so kind and does hair very well.
I drive 45 minutes. Worth the ride. Nik, I LOVE HER ENTIRE LIFE! “I got you “ that’s her manta to me. Boy, does she have me. Her entire staff of soooooo sweet. Marcus, Fig, love them too. Blessed hands up in there. Great atmosphere. They pray before the start of the business day! A family that prays together, stay together.
In town for a wedding and super pleased with the service I received. Everyone was extremely nice and Marcus had my hair washed and styled quickly. Would definitely reccomend!
Excellent service! The stylists are very talented, and it's not too far from home. For someone scared to go to a hairdresser, they made me feel like family.
