I took my son in this morning for a haircut as we have an important event this evening & he got this horrible haircut. It's unbelievable the stylist who did this haircut actually went to cosmetology school. This is the worst haircut he's ever gotten. I can't believe I had to pay $25 to get his hair ruined. Do not come here.???????? this is in acceptable
I have to say that I have used this place multiple times for myself and my boys in the past. Unfortunately , yesterday, I felt that I was scammed! I booked a hair cut and make up because I had a wedding to attend. I was assured that the make up artist is really good so I was willing to pay 95 dollars. The stylist who did my hair has done it before twice and both time were great that’s why I gave two stars. This time I showed her a couple of pictures to have an idea of what I want and when she was done and I got to see what she did, I was horrified and had to ask her to change it. I had to show her another picture to fix it. Then make up time came and I was asked how I Ike my make up and what color my dress was. I told her I would like to have make up that does not look like I did it myself. Well, needless to say, I would have done a better job putting make up! I had to go home and fix the black that she put under my eyes and add some color to my eye shadow who looked like a smudge of black eye shadow ! She did not even have lashes and said if I needed lashes, it would have been extra but she was not informed that I needed it so she did not have it! And she was done in half an hour unlike what I was told that she needed an hour! At that point I knew no matter what I asked her, nothing will change! So I just got up to pay and leave. When I came to pay she was whispering and asking the hairstylist who booked the appointment how much she told me she charged! Seriously?! I felt like she has never done make up and I was taken advantage of cos I booked the appointment a day before and needed someone to do my make up! And my hair was a big miss in an hour! All my curls just went flat especially the parts she tried to fix. Unfortunately, this will be the last time I go here! First two pictures is the way I looked after this 10 minutes from leaving and I paid $170 for this look compared to me applying my make up in the other two pictures!
WORST HAIRCUT EVER. Literally had to go home and shave my head because it was so patchy and uneven and AWFUL. The stylist did NOT look at my reference pictures and did not trim a portion of my head AT ALL despite being given very simple instructions with measurements.
Update: in reply to the owner; I am not being hyperbolic. It cannot and could not be fixed. I SHAVED MY HEAD because that was the only way to fix this. It was the girl with the two toned bangs. The one whos bangs are half purple.
Rocio Mejia is my stylist of almost 2 years. She's very professional, sweet & very skilled. I recommend her for all your hair needs.I found her ba chance, which was a total score! She does my cut & color every 5-6 weeks. Recommend!
I liked this place and have been taking my boys for some time. BUT today was just an awful experience. Unprofessional didn't even get greeted and felt judged just by facial expressions! My boys were not even cleaned up after their haircuts. I had to take off their shirts and clean them up myself. I asked for a comb over haircut and line-up...totally did not get what I asked for. At this point I was so upset we paid and left! I'm sorry but if your having a bad day... don't take it out on customers. If your busy and don't have enough staff ...don't take it out on your customers. If your tight on Time... don't take on any more customers! Will no longer refer people here.
came in for a walk in because funny enough it says walk ins welcomed. i walk in to someone on their phone that doesnt even acknowledge me. when i did get helped i was told they could take care of me in 10 minutes and then later said she couldnt? waste of time?
I've been going there almost a year now. They make me feel very comfortable. They have alot of knowledge in resolving hair color issues and they let you understand what they talking about.
